“This is the fourth Evergreen outdoor tree/shrub that we have bought and we as delighted as ever. We have a small north facing back garden the top part of which never sees the sun and so we have to use Evergreen shrubs and trees in this area. As usual the order was delivered quickly and well packaged. We are very pleased. If it is anything like our previous purchases then we will get a good few years use out of it. By the way, to prolong the looks and life we wrap the trees/shrub over winter to prolong the colour.”

“Needed 4 replacement window boxes and the services were outstanding from start to finish.was guided through the whole process by a very efficient lady Harriet. They were made in a very short timescale and are far superior to the. Previous box’s. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.”

“My outdoor terrace is on a windy corner and despite my best efforts, any real plants have not managed to withstand the elements. I thought I’d try the next best thing and am delighted with my artificial potted grass plant and artificial buxus shrub. They both look super and very realistic.”

“The parcel containing a plastic box-ball arrived damaged and there was no packing inside to protect the contents. I e-mailed with photos, did not receive a reply, so after 24 hours I phoned. My first phone call - to 'Sales' by putting in '1' just - rang out, no reply. Rang again, dialled '3' got accounts. They denied receiving an e-mail; then it was located. Someone would call me back. The MD (no less) called back within the hour. I told him 3 times that stems on the box ball were broekn. I was ignored. I was told it was common to have crushed stems. I should get a hair dryier and ruffle over the stems. He was sure that would solve the problem. If not I could send it back, but there would be a lot of hassle. You can say that agin......”

“It is a relief to find a business which supplies crucial information about the products on the telephone, and is then able to take the order without referring you back to the website. I bought two box balls and needed to discuss the right size and the means of attaching them to my ornamental urns. I was given informed advice and the order arrived very speedily and efficiently.”

“I'm fairly pleased with them! Take the time to get them to sit correctly by fanning and twisting them around. O have a few ideas at present what to do with them but for now they are sitting on a trellis. Please note photo shows 3 separate plants bunched together.”

“The delivery arrived as expected and everything was in perfect condition. We ordered an articifial tree for our entrance hall and it looks lovely - beautiful and vey realistic. The black pot suits it really well and the stones provided finish it off just right. Our other order was for an outdoor window basket with pansies and geraniums. The colours are wonderful and it looks amazing. We hope the colours don't fade over time, being outdoors, but we can't know that yet of course. So far, so good! We will definitely order from the company again.”
