“We ordered two fern plants,for our dog planter in our conservatory, as the real fern over grew the planter. As you can see from the photo evergreen plants look more delicate. We have used your company before and have been very pleased with the fast and efficient service,and I think you will agree the evergreen ferns look fantastic.”

“Saw this 8 foot artificial triple palm for an excellent bargain price on ebay (It really is 8 foot!). It was delivered within 2 days! Don't know if it's supposed to be outside but it's now in my garden and is admired by everyone. Most will not believe it's artificial even after they have touched it! Very pleased.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service and what a product ! My husband and I who are beyond useless when it comes to DIY managed to baton a wall and then fix the artificial grass with ease. I'm totally in love with it. Would recommend this product in an instance. Top quality product and company.”

“Dealt with a polite helpful lady who took the order. I was pleased with the delivery of the artificial tree which was quick. The packaging was undamaged but I was unhappy though with the tree which had lost nearly a dozen leaves which I found loose in the box. All okay now as I reaffixed most of the leaves, needing to drill the stem to put the larger branches/leaves back on. The tree now looks good in our conservatory.”

“Plants arrived quickly, in excellent condition. Bought as a present to my mother. Geraniums looks better then my best plants in the garden. Realistic appearance, coherent colours, wonderful shape. I ordered more plants to my family, as they want too! Thank you”

“I had previously looked at a similar sized artificial bamboo in IKEA. I could not believe how plastic and unrealistic it looked. I knew then, I needed to look around for a better quality one. I found Evergreen direct through a search, and was impressed with the web site layout and its ease of use for options. I kind of knew I didn't need to look anywhere else, and so ordered a 6' palm with suitable pot. It arrived within days, and after unpacking, siting, arranging the stems and leaves by referring from the website photo. (Quite important to achieve a realistic look) Also dressing the top of the pot with the stones provided which is really easy to do, they set hard and finish off the pot nicely. The palm looks so good, I am really pleased with the look, feel and quality of it. The value is very good too, so much so I'm going to be ordering a similar sized tree for my entrance hall from Evergreen direct. Simply not interested in looking elsewhere as I know I will not be disappointed.”
