“We have bought 4 trees and I can honestly say they have made a tremendous difference to our garden. They are very realistic and everyone comments how gorgeous they are. The grandchildren even water them for us 😅”

“Grasses arrived packed only in a plastic bag. They were badly damaged with stems poking through the bag. Two of the grasses had broken leaves and were completely ruined. Very disappointed as most of my order ended up in the bin so it was a total waste of money. I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend”

I am so very sorry to hear your order was damaged so badly in transit. I will be passing feedback onto our couriers. It is a difficult balance to get, right protection of good vs excessive packaging at environmental costs but I will speak to our packing team to see if any tweaks can be made to avoide this happening again. What I can say is please get in touch to arrange a return or exchange. We hate the though of any of our customers being disatified and will do all we can to recitify anything we can for you.
