“We needed a plant to fill a space in our conservatory. As we are not keen gardeners an artificial plant was needed. Evergreen shrubs gave us the choice we were seeking. Our plant looks real and blends in with our existing floral arrangements.”

“The outdoor palm tree was better than we expected, we made that choice after speaking to the customer service person she was the key in making our choice. The service and the speedy delivery was excellent. Our friends who live in Florida even thought it was a real one. We might even get another if we find the room for it.”

“Very poor packaging, resulting in damage to one of the 2 pots in the original order and damage to packaging made it very difficult to secure for return. Returned as not suitable for site but a different 2 items ordered as replacement. Their packaging was in an even worse condition on receipt, with the bottom hanging off. Contents (pots included) were ok but squashed. Not impressed with the quality. Afraid I would not advise use of this site.”

We appreciate you taking the time out to give us feedback. I am sorry you are not happy with the products you have received. To our credit and our determent we are not particularly clever on Photoshop so any images we display on our website have not been manipulated in anyway. I appreciate it is not always easy to see exactly what a product is like on screen which is why we do have a full returns policy should you not be 100% happy. “We needed materials and advice on how to use them at very short notice and the whole team were very helpful. The Boxwood hedge was easy to work with and with the expert advice we were given we were able to exercute the job on time and with excelent results.”

“Realistic looking plant. My neighbours even asked me if it was easy to grow! Don't have to remember to water the pot now and not bothered about the squirrels digging it up to plant their acorns. I'm sure it won't be my last purchase.”

“We have recently purchased 4 hedges to use as a dividing screen in our conservatory at The Friars Head, Akebar. They are a perfect compliment to the surrounding decor of flourishing grape vines and ornamental trees creating the most ambient and romantic dining experience”
