“Good packaging and prompt delivery. The product is very good quality and quite heavy. It looks great just the way it is on top of my shoe cabinet. Not sure it would easily sit in a vase with dry foam due to its weight though.”

“I'm really pleased with this (contorted french ficus) - it looks ALIVE, esp compared to the one it replaced, which looked so artificial next to it. Arrived quickly, not over-packaged. Bought the planter separately, and they actually phoned me to check that I knew it wouldn't be potted - nice customer service touch, I thought. Would definitely buy from them again.”
