“The website is very user friendly to navigate and this made selection and ordering very easy. The order actually arrived earlier than that estimated on the order acknowledgement which was good. The product itself (Artificial Red Maple Tree x 2) is realistic and of good quality. The only criticism I have is that in being able to choose from a selection of heights the main stems are of uniform thickness from bottom to top and merely cut to order. I'd have preferred the tops of the trees to be tapered to mirror genuine growth.”

“I am always a little disappointed when I see how small the plants are in the envelope but generally when I put them in the planters they look good. The ones I 'planted' last year on the terrace have kept their colour and shape throughout the winter despite being on the fifth floor of a wet and windy Belfast apartment.”

“On the whole the product was as expected and the quality of materials and manufacture good. However there were at least 4 ' holes' of missing foliage where base cage showed through. I was given loose extra hedge bits in bag but just shoving them in place not very satisfactory. Photos sent separately c”

“Really happy with my plants which I wanted for higher shelves and as away frequently, won't need watering. You wouldn't know at a glance they are artificial - moldable so you can't make leaves hang in a more natural way.”

“I have now purchased 8 trees from Evergreen Direct for my modern Apartment and everyone who visits asks 'are they real' and states 'they look fantastic'. I am very happy with the products, they never disappoint when they arrive and make my home look stunning. Whenever I have a query or ask for something out with the standard order they are always proactive in helping to solve any requirement.”

“I waa looking for an assortment of artificial plants and evergreen trees and shrubs was the best Web site I could find with a good assortment. There delivery charges are reasonable and so was the prices. Delivery was really quick too. I am really pleased with there service and will definitely shop with them again.”

“These red geraniums are just like they appear in the online photos and look very realistic - not too many flowers in ratio to leaves and vice versa. Good tip to use expandable form to fill pots and push plant spikes in them - better than stuffing out pots with kitchen roll, newspaper, polystyrene foam pieces etc, which are unstable and never look quite right.”

“The artificial plants I have recently received are fantastic. My front garden is completely crazy paving but right at the front boarder there are 6 open squares on the ground filled with compost for me to plant some flowers. For years I planted real flowers but each year they had to be replaced. Now that I have the faux plants from Evergreen I am so pleased that they dont need watering or replacing each year. My photo below shows with the real plants/flowers last August. These are now dead and I will be planting the faux plants. Thank you,”
