“My bamboo trees look realistic. They were a bit narrow in width compared to pictures so I had to order 2 more at an unplanned extra cost, to screen a gate. The charcol grey pots look silver which is a disappointment, wish I'd ordered black ones. The plants however look lovely.”

“Product good quality and advice given over the phone to make the plants look their best. I ordered a plant in a pot, box wasn't damaged so signed for it only to find the the pot was damaged. When I phoned the company they apologised and immediately arranged for it to be collected and a replacement delivered. They even agreed to me changing the colour of the pot. Excellent Service overall.”

“ordered exterior geraniums,pansies and grasses for a window box in an inaccessible spot where watering and care is awkward and they look fine and whatts more important is that the resident who has to look at them day in day out is very pleased with them.”

“although the first shrub I received was slightly damaged, Evergreen customer service was great ! Shrub quickly and speedily replaced - I now have two fine boxwood shrubs - excellent quality !”

“We ordered two large artificial flower hanging baskets costing IIRC £90 each. We purchased them as the promotional literature said the flowers are securely fitted and will remain hardy to all the elements. They have been outside now for 1 week and we have picked up several "flowers and leaves" which have detached - I am now concerned they wont last long. The actual arrangement looks good but - as is typical - they don't look anything like the bulked up and long trailing pictures on the website.”

“The cyclamen is excellent and very realistic. Only diappointment is it arrived in a thin polythene bag and is squashed flat - have wiggled the stems about in the hope they will drop into place. Would definitely buy from you again, thanks”

“A wonderful company to deal with. They were able to custom make a 3m hedge for me much cheaper than any other company I contacted. That's out of the companies who actually would custom build. I received great advice about popular designs and they painted the base at no extra cost. Delivery was also much earlier than scheduled which was the icing on the cake. Very impressed thanks!”

“We were disappointed with the overall look of the tree and felt that it looked unrealistic and cheap and not what we expected really. When I unpacked the tree there were many leaves sat at the bottom of the box. I have since glued them back on. Others are still falling off when its windy. Not good Sorry... ...David Rhodes”

“They hide an unsightly view of my neighbours garden. However, I had phoned up to ask about their stability. I was told that they would be fine unless positioned where there are high winds. I find this description deceiving and have had to have them bolted to the roadway for safety. I didn't want them falling on a car or person and causing damage. This seemed very possible to me without the fixing.”
