“The plant came very bunched up and the leaves of the flowers are folded together and do not fall correctly, so it doesn't look like a real plant at all. the flowers are also very shiny, so I don't think it would ever pass as a real plant!! I am sending back.”

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the Cyclamen plant you ordered from us. Plants are similar to clothing due to them being made of a silk material, when packaged they do crease a little and need time to hang for the plant to resume to their natural shape (this usually takes a day or two). We do have lots of close up images of the Cyclamen plant on our website but I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and therefore as soon as we receive the Cyclamen plant back we will immediately credit the card you made payment on. “The employees were very helpful and very pleasant. The Boston ferns I bought were very realistic and look fine in planters with real plants but the variegated ivy looked very plasticky and we have had to hide them. If they hadn't been quite so large I would have returned them. Once outside they looked ,surprisingly ,far less realistic than they did indoors. Not an altogether successful purchase.”

I agree plants can look very different depending on their contrasting backdrop and this does need to be considered when selecting the plants. We do have a full returns policy if you would like to return your plants and we are more than happy to give you some advice on alternatives that may be a little more appropriate for your outdoor landscape.
