Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

“Hugely disappointed after spending over £500 and already having to change my item due to tarnishing of the metal to find that a stone has dropped out of my ring a few months out of warranty. I’ve contacted customer service on numerous occasions only to be told that I must spend another £39 to have my ring repaired! I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the lack of support and care I’m receiving, I will be contacting them again today to raise a complaint as I am so upset about this. I follow all directions for wear as per the website, and still I’m left with a faulty ring I can no longer wear. This item is extremely precious to me, and it’s really hurtful to see the lack of care once you’ve spent your money with this company. I will be taking this further as this is the second faulty item I’ve had, and I no longer have access to any of my Grandads ashes to have another piece made elsewhere. Absolutely heartbreaking that I trusted EverWith to make this purchase and I’ve been let down with a sentimental item I wanted to keep forever. I have tried to add images but there seems to be an error uploading photos on negative reviews..! Seems this is a problem others have had too, but when leaving a “positive” review, people have no issues uploading images!”

“The bracket is very fine and the catch to open is to small. This has been taken to a local jeweller to replace the catch with a bigger one. Very disappointing as I have previously purchased neckless. I have not raised with customer service.”

“Ordering was very easy and the customer service team were fantastic in helping to answer any queries i had. My ring and locket have arrived and I am delighted with the finished products and the packaging they arrived in. The only issue that I feel needs addressed is the problem with the engraving. I was firstly advised my items would take a few more days than the standard 7-10days which I was okay with. Once this time passed I contacted EverWith for an update only to be told there was a problem with the engraving machine and that orders were now taking approx 20 days. I desperately need the items back for a certain date so I couldn't take the risk of waiting, so I asked for a refund on the engraving and took the items as they were. Customer service were great and organised this and my items were dispatched the next day. On looking into other reviews, it seems that this was not a new issue and that it had been ongoing for months. I feel that given the sensitivity around what is being made, the company should be advising customers of potential lengthy delays before purchasing if they want items engraved. This would save any additional stress to the customers.”
