Outstanding service from Eurofit again. Honest and trustworthy. This time I had an MOT and asked for a couple of small jobs to be done. It was fast and efficient. Will recommend.

I booked my car into your Telford Stafford Park branch via the web for an interim service and MOT on Monday which is advertised on your web site at £69.99 and I got a email a few hours later form someone called Rob saying they could not do it that day because they where fully booked so I rang and asked if they could do it on Wednesday instead which was Ok and I was told it would be £110 and when I pointed out they had sent me an email stating it was £69.99 I was put on to someone who I think was Rob and told that was the right price, so I took my car in as planned and when I went to pick it up I was told it was £126, I told the guy he was joking and I had a email from Rob stating it was £69.99 which he eventually charged me. I did say over the phone when I rang up to see if my car was ready for collection that I wanted to book my wife's car in for a service when I picked mine up but after what happened I changed my mind and I will be taking it to another garage instead. Until I retired I was a manager and salesman in the auto repair and tyre service industry for 45 years and if this had happened in one of my depots I would be asking why on earth doesn't anyone know whats going on. Eurofit Autocentre’s currently boosts a high customer satisfaction rate and offer competitive prices to all of our customers. The main reason for the misunderstanding was that your vehicle details entered online were incorrect, so therefore the price given online was for a smaller engine sized vehicle under 1000cc hence the price (£69.99), the correct engine size for your vehicle is 1600cc which is priced at £125.00. I apologise for the misunderstanding and will ensure this doesn’t occur in the future. It is our passion to retain you as a satisfied customer and hope to serve you again in the future. I am slightly miffed because when I arrived I was given a quotation for my car tracking which I agreed. About an hour later I got a call about needing new tyres and if I had the tyres I would get 20% off the tracking. On collection of my car I was charged the original price aI was quoted and when I queried it apparently the original price should have been more! We are not talking a lot of money but More the principal! Apart from that all was good.

eurofit bilston is the most disorganised place ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with , they changed the wrong part of my exhaust and then the mechanic swore at me when i told him it was booked for middle section instead of the front pipe , shocking service and very rude staff

Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet your expectations. Eurofit Autocentres currently boosts a high customer satisfaction rate and offer competitive prices to all of our customers. Your review has been forwarded to myself as an operation manager I have investigated the matter and have responded accordingly. The manager Tania did explain to you on a previous Quote both parts of the exhaust system needed replacing because both section were leaking, you replied you were not willing to replace both parts (front and middle section) only the front section which was leaking and noisy. The manager acknowledged your decision. Later on your next visit, when your wife bought the vehicle to carry out the repairs, the manager explained to your wife the vehicle will be ready in 1 hour and made her a cup tea whist she waited. She then waited for a while and left and said to call her husband when the vehicle will be ready. Then 1 hour later when the vehicle was ready, the manager explained there was a considerable amount of corrosion on the middle section and it was leaking which can cause further damage to your vehicle so make sure you get it replaced as soon as possible. Shortly after the phone call you entered the reception area giving verbal abuse to Assistant Manager and demonstrating threatening behavior in an angry manner in front of other customers, saying you change the wrong section and wasn’t happy, the technician was called in and reaffirm that we recommended that both sections to be replaced, but you only asked for the front section only. Tania did offer to settle the matter in a courteous manner if you were willing to calm down, you replied affirmative and then Tania as a good will gesture offered you a discount on the fitted part and you were satisfied and after paying left the reception. Fortunately a customer waiting in the reception noted all your comments and has provided me the with information, the witness also has stated at no point did I hear any bad language coming from the technician the only person that was giving foul language was yourself. I do feel that The Manager Tania demonstrated professionalism and kindness towards you and the whole episode was a misunderstanding and hopefully won't be repeated again. I would just like to make aware we exercise a zero tolerance policy regarding abusive and threatening behavior towards our staff and technicians. We also have a job card that clearly states the recommended and actual work carried out. It is our passion to retain you as a satisfied customer and hope to serve you again in the future. Please accept our sincerest apology for any inconvenience that has been caused to you. Again, I highly appreciate your feedback, as it will assist us in becoming better at what we do.

popped into Eurofit Stafford Park to see if they could help us as we had been tying to book a air con service on line but were having problems. Neil was extremely helpful and sorted it for us straight away and did the service whilst we waited. when it was finished the air con worked better than it ever had, and we were very pleased as it was such a hot day, we can highly recommend them.

Booked a MOT and full service on your website, the confirmation gone thro' but when rang your garage 3 days later they said it didn't show on their system. Would not use your website for booking in future.

Excellent customer service over the phone and in person. They really do look after you and make you feel comfortable. Being a lady a lot of places make you feel intimidated but I never feel that at Eurofit.

Visited Eurofit Halesfield today as we as a family always go here exceptional service Paul was fantastic went above and beyond to sort my tyres out as a women drive they make sure all is safe beore they let you take the car away great service will highly recommend Thank You Paul
