I have had work carried out at Wednesfield branch over the past few years and the service has being First class. The staff are helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I have been satisfied with with all work carried out (on two cars)/tyres/clutch/brakes/glow plugs/services/MOTs/Ect".the prices are fair -Thats why i will keep going back. Well done.

Booked my Astra in online for a full service at the Bilston branch. I got the appointment time I wanted and was happy with the price. After approximatly 3 hours I got a call back saying my car was ready. After paying and leaving I had to get to Leicester from Wolverhampton. As I arrived in Leicester smoke started coming out from under the engine I initially thought it could be spilt oil. I left the car at my destination. After about 3 hours I started the car and it felt fine so drove back to Wolverhampton just as I arrived back all the heating stopped working making it very cold for my children. The next morning I checked and there was no engine coolant in the coolant tank this was a Sunday and I could not call the branch and had to travel in taxis all day. Took the car back in on Monday morning and explained to a young mechanic the problem, the first thing he said is 'it sounds like your head gaskets gone' I explained there was nothing wrong prior to taking my car to the garage. I left the vehicle with them and caught another taxi to work (west brom). After several hours I received a call stating when the mechanic was doing the service he had accidently cut through the coolant pipe! At no point was I offered an apology and also surely the car should have been checked for any leaks before handing it back to me. I am very disappointed with my visit after all the great reviews I read before booking.

The job card associated with your vehicle will highlight which technician undertook your service. I dealt with this matter as the vehicles owner (my Daughter) was at work. The whole experience was excellent, from the original 'online' booking to the actual visit itself, where I was met by friendly, efficient staff who carried out their work with a smile - I would certainly recommend your Stafford Park, Telford branch to everyone.

The Eurofit autocentre we went to in halesfield was brilliant. They did a great job and went out of their way for us. However I'm not happy with the online service. I ordered tyres at £33.96 online and have an email from them to prove this. The price in store was more. They explained that they do everything to the £1 not pence. The garage did do their best to match the price as closely as they could at £35 per tyre which I appreciate. But the online system needs updating!

As I'm a relatively new driver and this was my first MOT I spent a lot of time looking around for the best place to have it done; factoring in things like cost, time it would take, location and recommendations from friends and family. In the end I settled on Eurofit and booked an MOT and full service online for the 12th of January. I took my car in and they told me it was a busy day but they would get to it as soon as they could. 4 hours later I got a phone call detailing what work needed to be done, how much it would cost and roughly how long it would take. Soon after, I got confirmation that it was almost ready and began my travel to go get my car. Once I arrived it was done within 15 minutes. I paid a reasonable price for the work done and had the MOT certificate explained to me, plus all the work that had been done. Here's where it gets a bit odd. When I drove off, I noticed a judder in my car. I thought it was just because it had gotten a new suspension arm fitted and just thought it needed to settle. Cut to an hour later it was still happening and it was making it really hard to drive my car. As the garage had closed, I parked my car up and left it to sit overnight. So today [13/1/15] I took my car, along with my dad, to Eurofit. My dad explained the problem to the guys and within 5 minutes they'd looked at it, identified the problem and fixed it. Since it was looked at, it has driven like a dream, no issues at all. All in all, it was a fabulous experience and I couldn't ask for anything better for a first MOT. I'm returning again on Friday to have pressure checks on my coolant. I'd advise anyone, especially new drivers who have limited finances to go see the guys at Eurofit because they're value for money, will explain anything you need them too and work their hardest to make everything great for you.

Very efficient, kept me informed and explained exactly what was needed to be done. An expert haggler, however, would've no doubt got the price down more than I did! That said I would certainly use Eurofit again.

Had 4 tyres fitted and a wheel alignment for £125 on my Ford Fiesta ... great value for money considering I was quoted £247 at Kwik Fit and £ 231 at Halfords Autocentres. Best service and efficient staff fitted and gone within 30 minutes. Great stuff
