“Booked online for 2 tyres at the Bloxwich depot when I arrived the tyres I ordered were not in stock but was offered an alternative at the same price , which were rated as better quality. Would have preferred to know before arriving if I'm honest but tyres turned out to be very good.”

“Good with services and brake pads disks but when it comes to differcult garage repairs go to a proper garage”

“Used Eurofit Bilston on two recent occasions, for tyres and at a later date for brake pads, and had no problem with the service or price, but noticed the mechanic drove the car each tome without using plastic seat covers. I mentioned this to the person on reception and received a non answer. Then emailed the manager and had no reply. Make of this as you will!”

“I had an interim service which appears to be fine when I received the car back. However when I checked the tyre pressure 3 were under the prescribed pressure and 1 was very low which I will have to keep my eye on over the next few days. Also the service book was not signed and stamped. They always promise to call you when the car is ready but never do so”

“A fairly straighforward process. 1) Choose the tyres online 2) Book a fitting at local service centre 3) Receive an eMail confirmation (date and time) 4) Take the car in 5) Collect the car / pay for the tyres”

“All went well but I asked for morning and got midday which is OK but was thinking of 8am! Are time slots possible? Also used a £10 web voucher but the total still shows £79 and I think it should be £69. Queried it by email but automatic response showing...£79!! So still unsure. Ruth Brooker”

“Took my car in to the Bilston branch yesterday after having an electrical issue for a few months of lights flashing power steering going etc. I dropped it off at 8.30am and by the time i had got home at 8.50am they rang me with the diagnostics report. They then went on to fix the problem for a very generous price for a Battery & Alternator. Only had the car back a day so got to give it a drive before i know it's 100% fixed but it seems to be doing great so far. Would highly recommend this garage.”

“I ordered on line 4 michelin tyres On the sunday night for fitting 9.30 monday morning, when they checked there stock they only had two, one phone call they were there in 20 min's . first rate.”
