Very happy with the service I was given I had to re-arrange my service date and they could not have been more accommodating they gave me a couple of options to take On the day they knew who I was carried out the MOT & service in good time and phoned me when it was completed Very pleasant staff in the depot and confirmed all the work that was carried out Car is great and set up for another 12 months & I will be back

Mot was carried out and contact the number was given but when they could have called me they didn't and returned after 2 hours to be told it hadn't passed due to 2 minor things which I could have authorised they could do only if they called me. They then did the work but kept it for another 2 hours which meant had to make arrangements to pick my children up and upon collect was meet with a very frosty welcome off the man behind the desk. I paid and he put my key on the desk and walked off. No thank you for your business when I had just paid £118 for a 4 hour MOT and new tyre. Work was fine need to work on customer service.

Called into the Bloxwich branch today 3rd November for an oil check. Once again friendly courteous service and job completed while I waited. You could not ask for more.

Visited the bloxwich branch on 1 st November 2016 approached by a very rude young man on return for collection of my vehicle we were spoken to very rudely this being my first service being unsure of what was involved I asked a few questions about the car checks and was very rudely responded to by this man who seemed very uninterested in what I was was asking and very much rushed me along with a very rude attitude. Shame really as I have been to this branch before for a quick check over of my vehicle and the other staff member seemed very helpful but sorry to say my custom for the future has been lost.

According to the report the 4 tyres were all 6mm tread the front right I know is ready to be replaced. (they could not have checked) What else have they not done, Have I paid £139 just to have them fill the forms

I visited the gorsebrook road branch with my zafira and had an mot. I'm very pleased with the service I received. Definertly recommended!

Took my car in on the Tuesday morning. Left my RAC number for them to call to see if they would cover cost for repairs. Collected car in the evening and was told they have rang the number receptionist wrote down and waiting for reply. Next day I rang RAC and was told they had received no call from the garage. I rang garage and the receptionist said I have to ring AAmotorway direct I was puzzled and said I was not with aa. Anyway to cut long story short this went on for 3days and in the end it was rac who had to ring garage as they kept saying they had rang them or emailed them. Very poor service bad attitude from the receptionist will not be going there again.

Fantastic service. Had to drop my car in an emergency kind member of staff dropped me home and the car was dropped back to me at work. Efficient and great value as always.

I have been using the company for a long time but never been treated as good as I did today by a young man named Neil he helped me so much and made me feel so comfortable he was polite and couldn't do more for me they should hire more people like him thank you Neil I will hopefully see you again soon

Booked for an MOT online. Arrived on time, but was turned away because the time slot not available. Whats the point of booking on line??Your system is awful. Tollally unacceptable -- I have been buying tyres from you for years-- Will be looking for a new supplier!!!!

dropped my Audi A5 off at the bloxwich branch for new front discs and pads while on my luch break, returned some hours after to collect the car having inspected the work went and paid. On switching on the ignition there were 9 miles more on the clock, it should take a half mile test drive at the most to check the brakes. I always take pictures of the mileage before i drop it off anywhere for work and confronted staff about it, they basically called me a liar and compensated me £20 back for diesel used. Never again will i use Eurofit.

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the level of service received at the Bloxwich branch. I have conveyed your concerns to the branch manager. After investigating this matter for you, the manager has assured me that the incident was resolved with yourself after you had viewed and examined the branch's CCTV footage. This showed your vehicle was road tested for 7 minutes and you were mistaken to suggest that 9 miles could have been driven in 7 minutes on a 30 mile road. As a good gesture we compensated you £20, this was to ensure that you left with a smile of good service from Eurofit Autocentres. I believe that we did everything in our power to retain our great customer relationship record. We are disappointed that this review has been written, even though the complaint was premature and you recieved £20 to retain your custom.
