“Good price quick service however I had a £5 voucher off ANY service which I was told I couldn't use also the train plug was damaged and had to be sealed up which leaves me with a future problem. I was advised a new sump own would be £160 fitted. I did ask how much eurofit would contribute as one of your staff broke it...”

“It was a good service overall. My only gripe would be that I was charged an extra £25 for a wheel alignment when it mentioned on the website that it would be free when changing your tyres.”

“I booked a service and mot online and I went to the garage and the woman on reception was confused that nothing was in the diary, nevertheless her manager came in and they managed to squeeze me in anyway. The receptionist apologized for the mix up and they got my car finished quicker than expected. I was very pleased with the attitude of the staff and I will differently use them again- maybe just book over the phone next time!”

“I would like to add an extra bit to my review about my transit rear brakes and the oil leak , I have no issue with the staff and have used this depot many times , I accept sometimes mechanical issues happen ,what I am annoyed about is being charged for something that they caused when replacing discs ,the van didn't go in with an oil leak, I lost a mornings work getting it back in and then charged for it was annoying”

“Booked service with free MOT online, easy and quick with confirmation e-mail at a great price. Dropped off, simple book in, contact number taken and was asked about wheel lock nut key, great. Upon collection was informed of two issues one with worn discs, offered good advice. Second issue was for damaged CV gaiter. Would have been nice to see pictures or video of gaiter, other garages are doing it. Would then have a better understanding of problem. I did not have time to discuss in detail or ask for it to be put back up on the ramp to have a look then. Will have to go back or elsewhere. What do you think ?”

“Booked a service and re gas on air con booked on line so could use discount £15 on re gas . did not receive conformation of booking so phoned branch at Cannock who confirmed booking no other issues everything done and in time scale I was given”
