“Your 'stars' didnae work. Pleased I located a company with Citroen spare parts. In Australia it is hard to find spares now for this model. I am a man (old) who likes to hang on to a car which gives good service: my 2003 Citroen does so. I do not care about exterior looks. What matters is under the bonnet. The Citroen will probably be my last car. I simply wanted it to keep going for another couple of years before I am too old to drive. Mind you, I had a Datson Bluebird for a while longer still. Thank you Robert. The stars worked a wee charm. Glad to be of help. It is getting harder every day to keep these old girls on the road. It appears that Citroen, Peugeot & Renault at least are discontinuing parts for cars 10 years and older once stocks have been exhausted. Thank you so much for the One star review. We shipped out your parcel the same day you ordered it and it left the UK. Please let me take this opportunity to apologise for the FRENCH strikes and industrial action that has caused delays all over France. Your parcel has sat at Charles De Gaulle Cedex for over a week and I am really sorry about that. I attempted to get involved with the industrial negotiations to try and chivvy things along a bit, but they implied it had nothing to do with me and hung up the phone. C'est la vie. I will continue to monitor the situation.

I was quite surprised it was delivered to my door in 14 days as I wasn't confident it would arrive within a few weeks. The delivery route was long-winded as you can imagine but it made steady progress all the way. Apart from that, sourcing parts for Fiat Ducatos here is almost impossible, especially for my older 2007 model, so I'm more than happy with your service and you will be my priority provider for anything else I might need in future. Hi Emmanuel Darbellay, Usually, if there is an issue with delivery (which there is) customers contact us directly, rather than announce it publicly. But never mind, our star rating was beginning to look a little unbelievable anyway. We do state clearly that there is a chance that transit delays are possible. This is a TNT FRANCE issue that is out of our control, but having tracked your order I find that there was indeed a delay as the French branch in Flevy had managed to lose your parcel. After 10 days your parcel has magically reappeared in Flevy today (30th May) and will continue its journey. I do apologise on behalf of TNT France for the delay and trust there will be no further issues. Kind regards, Mick
