Sorry you have not received your part , we have checked with FEDEX tracking which states delivery has been completed however we suspect they may have delivered to the incorrect premises. We will despatch a replacement for you today.

“When I was told by my local garage that the part requred to fix my ageing citroen had been discontinued and were unavailable either through the trade spare parts network or main dealers I turuned to ECC. I was pleased to find that what I needed was readily available. Genuine parts, not Chinese copies, and at fair prices. My order was processed quickly, and the item was sent promplly using a decent courier system. Many thanks for the good service, and for providing this very useful facility. I shall be happy to use ECC again when any more items are required.”

“I discovered Euro Car Care after being quoted a significant amount for a Peugeot part for 3008 in Australia with estimated delivery up to 3 months. I’m not criticising my experience of Peugeot Aust at all, it was just very expensive. I was able to provide the VIN and get a genuine PSA part via Vince’s assistance and my experience was awesome. Vince was prompt, professional and extremely helpful including advice on how to install the part. Delivery was a few days to Aust. I cannot fault my experience at all and really appreciate how Vince and the team involved assisted with this purchase.”
