Dear Mr Clark. I think you are vilifying the wrong company. Your item was purchased at 7.42pm on the 27th and packed for dispatch the following morning. Royal mail have your signature signed on the 29th. Stock was available. There has never been a back order. Maybe you could revise your review? Kind regards, Mick.

I have had confirmation of my Pug 205 Bearing order to be air posted to New Zealand, but have not heard yet regarding the Tracking number for the small parcel. To be able to track & trace I DO NEED the Tracking Number. Note I do expect the delivery to N.Z. will take about 10 days, as that is typical from UK

Hi Don, My apologies. The items were available on your initial enquiry. But on ordering appear to have gone onto back order. Unfortunately I was out of the country at the time and this fact slipped through my net. It was sheer luck that I spotted your review as this is NOT a regularly monitored method of enquiry. I have located an alternative supplier and will be posting off your bearing today. However Posted orders are not trackable once they leave the UK. Trackable post is more expensive than standard TNT.
