“I was in need of a new physio plinth in a short period of time and Clive was able to give me what options they had with a plan to fulfil my needs. Plinth arrived 48 hours later and very happy clinic owner.”

“Just to be clear, previously had good experience with EP. This time however, products didn't arrive, called EP, told to wait a few more days( now two weeks-ish) , still no products. Called again more product sent apparently, didn't arrive. Now fed up so rang to ask for refund- had to do that twice too. Appreciate things go awry- feel EP could have been more proactive in following up delivery ( no 2 ) and making sure refund was prompt.”
