“Hi, unable to do a review at present as the watch is still waiting to be given to the recipient due to Royal Mail not delivering in time for Christmas. I would have given 4 stars if it had arrived on time.”

“Charms are lovely, but after paying 7.99 for next day delivery and not got them after emailing your company and getting no reply won't be paying the extra charge again”

Hi Sarah Thanks for your review. We do not seem to have received an email regarding the delivery charge. We have however investigated and found the following:- 1. Your order was placed at 3.44pm on 5th August (after cut off time of 3pm for same day dispatch) 2.We dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery on 6th August 3.Royal Mail attempted delivery next day 7th August tracking code on their website (DS706778375GB) but no-one answered and the parcel was delivered the following day. I hope that clarifies matters. Team Eternity

Hi Sarah Following your review we have investigated this matter. Your orders was placed at 3.44pm on 5th August (after cut off time of 3pm for next day delivery as per our website delivery information). We dispatched your order on 6th August and an attempt by Royal Mail to deliver on 7th August was made but no-one answered so it was attempted successfully the following day. Team Eternity

“Purchased a pair of creole claddagh earrings as a gift for Christmas...stunning but as l am an Irish customer postage was extremely high(matched the product cost)15/16 pounds (delivery in 5/7days????)only to have customs charges applied 8 euro and received 22/01/24...total cost so not worth it and over a month late...would l use this site again as an Irish customer no but a lovely product none the less”

“I think they would have looked better if they were bigger , but as there for a child , they are ok , I would of also like an Email update on when they were going to arrive , as I wasn’t in when they did arrive and also had to ring Scotland at my expense as I didn’t know arrival date”

“My order from Eternity arrived promptly and nicely packaged. Unfortunately, on opening the package I discovered they had not sent the particular earrings I had ordered. After a phone call, I was asked to return the earrings - and so had to pay for the return postage.”

“Good prices and speedy delivery but beware of 'supposed' discounts as the 15% we had was valid but not for the watch we wanted despite no mention of this anywhere. Call to customer service didn't achieve anything either. Good website let down by mis selling and poor customer service.”

“I already have a SEKSY watch and I love it but as I bought it from Debenhams, I ordered and received the same make watch from you, but a different colour, however, when I tried it on it was too slack so I took a link out and now it is too tight, I am really unsure what to do as your bracelet is slightly shorter than the one I already have. Regards Anna Atkinson”

“Fast delivery and item is packaged nicely. Quality of the child small hoop earrings is not good very flimsy. Got caught when taking a top off and fell out the earing was then out of shape had to bend it back into shape. Now has a small dent in it. Not good quality”

“The picture of the ring was quite deceptive and the actual product looks so much smaller, so much so that the stones are barely recognisable in relation to the picture advertised. Must admit I am slightly disappointed.”

“The Armani box the watch was in cake battered and was not acceptable to give as a gift, got me thinking if you watch was even real or fake, I’m not 100% happy”
