To be honest not happy the back of the klasp keeps popping open leaving my earring to fall out considering I've paid 350 pound very disappointed

Won't order again. Ordered on the evening of the 6th Feb. In the evening. As per the delivery information on the website the order should then left 7th Feb. Only received my tracking number 11 Feb. This after emailing for information on the 8th Feb. Royal mail only delivered on the 18 Feb after paying for 2 to 3 day delivery. Due to the delay the gift wasn't in time to be sent to South Africa.

We contacted you on 11th September to confirm the refund would be processed on the return of our Web Director. This has now been completed

My 1 year old grandaughter jumped on the bed .the earrings went through her ear and bent . Not happy with the item cant be used now

Terrible customer service! I’ve ordered 2 pairs of earrings with express delivery, I was contacted by them later that day to inform me that they didn’t have one of them in stock and due to a system error on the website was still showing as available. Nothing wrong so far. We agreed that I will only buy the pair that was in stock and since I couldn’t wait for the other one to be back in stock I would get my money back for it. I got the one item delivered but never got the refund for the second pair. I have sent multiple emails chasing the refund and never got a reply from them! So beware when ordering! I would honestly avoid them!!!

Service was efficient , delivered next day. Unfortunately the product ( gold stud earing ) was useless. The stem was simply too short to go right through my lobe , never had this problem before , almost half the length of other studs I have , total waste of money.

Hi Peter Thanks for your feedback. As a privately owned family business, we pride ourselves on great customer service and can only apologise about your earrings. All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch and I can only imagine that the earrings have been damaged in transit. We always pop them onto inserts and double bubble-wrap to protect them. Perhaps the earring back has fallen off after picking and has not been noticed thereafter. Please accept our sincere apologies and we will arrange for another pair to be sent to you tomorrow. Purchase some earrings they are faulty and sent registered post not even a email to say they been received sent several email no answer!!! Worried this is a dodgy company
