“My ORDER HAS NEVER ARRIVED!! The customer service team have ignored all my messages and never replied via both email and Instagram. Absolutely appalling!! And now I am being asked to review as my “opinion matters”???”

I can only apologise as it appears your email on 22nd December was missed due to staff shortages and the busy time of year, which we recognise is not ideal. “We ordered a watch for my son for xmas but Royal Mail seemed to lose it - when I contracted Eternity about it on 22nd Dec, they posted one out with Next Day delivery and it arrived safely. Excellent customer service which restored our faith in how it can and should be done”

“Lovey jewellery. I forgot to purchase a gift box and bag. I emailed them and out of good faith they sent me both for no charge. It made a huge difference to my purchase it finished it off nicely.. when checking out please purchase. The gift bag and box.”

“Fantastic service. Excellent price, beating my usual jeweller by around £5 which surprised me. Thrilled and now 'book marked' for me to return when I need another pair of my favourite earrings. I have also shared the site with friends and family one of whom I know is thrilled with a watch she bought direct from you. 5* service and I will definitely be using Eternity again.”
