“The item i purchased was of good quality and the service was good. However i think it might be good if items of high price were sent by a tracking post that could be tracked all the way by your customers. The post you use can only be tracked once it has been delivered .”

Hi Alison We are sorry your charm arrived scratched - this is genuinely most unusual. We replied with an apology and offer of a refund requesting web order details which we did not receive. We contacted you on 11th September to confirm the refund would be processed on the return of our Web Director. This has now been completed

Hi Sarah Thanks for your review. We do not seem to have received an email regarding the delivery charge. We have however investigated and found the following:- 1. Your order was placed at 3.44pm on 5th August (after cut off time of 3pm for same day dispatch) 2.We dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery on 6th August 3.Royal Mail attempted delivery next day 7th August tracking code on their website (DS706778375GB) but no-one answered and the parcel was delivered the following day. I hope that clarifies matters. Team Eternity

Your orders was placed at 3.44pm on 5th August (after cut off time of 3pm for next day delivery as per our website delivery information). We dispatched your order on 6th August and an attempt by Royal Mail to deliver on 7th August was made but no-one answered so it was attempted successfully the following day. Team Eternity

“Brilliant company to deal with both online and in store online delivery came really quickly and included gift box and stickers in store the girl who dealt with me was really patient and very knowledgeable as I kept changing my mind never felt rushed very pleasant girl.”
