“Bought a pair of heart hoop earrings for my daughter, arrived on time. Slight default on one of them. Contacted Eternity who were fantastic and swapped these for me with no hassle or questions asked. Excellent customer service. New pair arrived as lovely as the picture online and daughter is very happy. Will definitely purchase again.”

“The watch is exactly as advertised. The service was above and beyond as the strap was too small and they posted me out 2 links at no extra cost. Not even delivery.. highly recommend this company and will definitely use again .”

“Service was efficient , delivered next day. Unfortunately the product ( gold stud earing ) was useless. The stem was simply too short to go right through my lobe , never had this problem before , almost half the length of other studs I have , total waste of money.”

Hi Peter Thanks for your feedback. As a privately owned family business, we pride ourselves on great customer service and can only apologise about your earrings. All our products are thoroughly checked before dispatch and I can only imagine that the earrings have been damaged in transit. We always pop them onto inserts and double bubble-wrap to protect them. Perhaps the earring back has fallen off after picking and has not been noticed thereafter. Please accept our sincere apologies and we will arrange for another pair to be sent to you tomorrow. “Good prices and speedy delivery but beware of 'supposed' discounts as the 15% we had was valid but not for the watch we wanted despite no mention of this anywhere. Call to customer service didn't achieve anything either. Good website let down by mis selling and poor customer service.”
