“Thank you for your excellent service ......we ordered a watch for our granddaughter but on- line reviews suggested that the model would be supplied without set up instructions. I rang and spoke to a very helpful lady who checked and ensured that instructions would be included. Great to be able to speak to someone and get such personal service thank you!!!”

“I received earrings very quickly & they are beautiful, the only suggestion i would make is for them to be sent in a box instead of just a packet as when they are a gift a box looks much nicer😀”
