Dear Anthony, We are sorry to hear that you have not received your item. We send the orders via Royal Mail's 1st Class signed service, so they usually arrive within 48 hours. I have investigated your parcel with Royal Mail, as it was sent out on the 3rd July so we would well and truly of expected this to be with you by now.
