“Brilliant! I’ve gone through major surgery and have had no support from my hospital on garments I should wear. I’ve been loading with Rebecca Gray and she’s been outstanding. I’ve ordered things they’ve not been correct had to return several items. She’s been so wonderful, I’m sure she must be thinking “ oh god not again” but she’s been incredible. Nothings been to much trouble and every garment has been delivered the very next day even though we live off shore. The garments do seem a tad expensive but my god you certainly get what you’ve paid for. Definitely don’t go elsewhere you’ll be wasting your money. I’m 3 weeks post op and I know due to the fact I’ve been wearing their garments the results I’m seeing could not have been achieved by wearing a high street product. Thank you Rebecca. You’ve made a very difficult time so much easier. Thank you for your kindness and your patience. People that buy these garments are having a difficult time and you’ve made it so much easier.”

“Nice fitting and comfortable bra, also looks a lot nicer than some of the others, even though we have cancer we still want to feel and look as pretty as possible under the circumstances, and it is not an age thing either as I am nearly 68, never thought I was that vein, but it turns out that I am and still want to look as good as I can.”

“unfortunately I havent received my purchase when contacted the customer service I have been told ,It has been delivered and they wont deal with lost item and I have to contact royal force really disappointed with the poor service as I paid to this company they are in charge to deal with the matter but its seems they dont care”

Dear Sophi, On contacting the office, we explained that your order had been signed for with Royal Mail. With regards to the dispute, we explained you would need to contact them directly as they would ask you personal questions we cannot answer, i.e. information about your premises. We did not deem the item lost, if this had of been the case we would of course of located it for you. We take great care to ensure all our customers receive their orders timely. “The company were great from start to finish,.. very helpful and quickly so. The bra's themselves are comfortable but when I went to wash the black one for the second time (following manufacturers instructions) I sadly noticed a small hole has developed where the soft panel is stitched to the main bodice. It is easily repairable, but I didn't expect this from something of this cost at a time when I could well do without having to repair something designed to give me strong support following surgical procedure. Returning the bra for replacement this soon after the procedure isn't easy for me, either but I am confident that the company will replace the item very promptly when I am able to get it returned. The white one seems to be fine so far.”

“Staff were friendly when I called to discuss sizing. Postage takes ages and no communication re your order or delivery once you placed the order. (I made sure I took a print of screen once ordered) otherwise I would of had no details until ordered arrived a week & half after ordering. I did send an enquiry as to where was my order - which I had no response. Am not looking forward to returning if it was this difficult to order, can only imagine how the return will work. In my opinion very disappointed and very expensive.”

Dear Karen Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you found our staff to be friendly. Unfortunately it seems that you have not been receiving our emails though. A confirmation email is sent automatically to confirm your order on the day you place it, but we also personally sent you an email around an hour after you ordered to advise that your colour choices were out of stock, but to offer an alternative colour option. We also emailed you when you contacted us again a week later. We are very sorry that you did not receive the messages, it may be worth checking your junk/spam box in case they went straight there. When items are in stock they are usually received within 48 hours, often next day - it was just unfortunate that your choices were out of stock. We process returns on the same day they are received and so can ensure you will not have a problem with this. Kind Regards Customer Services Team
