“The knee support brace and knee pillow that I bought were of excellent quality and design. I am particularly pleased with the flexibility of the knee support brace which provides support and freedom of movement. A good purchase at a time of great discomfort from an osteoarthritic knee flare-up. Excellent service and communication at all stages.”

“Before I bought my knee support it was hard to walk more than a few yards without stopping. With the support it makes it much easier and i don't limp as much. Went out tonight without the support and my knee feels much better. This is after just two weeks.”

“Not happy I have emailed twice and.no reply. I wished to explain my reason for return and ask whether there was a smaller size but no one has bothered to reply. The knee cushion I received was more for a man. I am a small lady. I have had to pay £4 69 to return this item.”

“Product is soft but far too large and cumbersome”

“I purchased this item due to a long term issue with my ankle ( class 3 sprain). this is the third time in 20 years this has happened and have tried various ankle supports over the years. This is the best one I have purchased and would definately recommend this item for anyone who suffers with a unstable ankle . I do find that the lacing /unlacing of the item a bit fiddely though but, it`s a minor issue considering how well the support works.”

Amazing! Thank you so much for saying. And, more importantly, We're so glad that it's finally given you the support you need after all this time. We hear you about the lacing and unlacing, however, it's the best way to get a consistent level of compression all the way up the foot that is also flexible enough to fully unlace in order to place a really painful and/or swollen foot inside. We thought it was a small price to pay in order to provide the best support. You might want to consider wearing a lighter and more flexible ankle support as you near full recovery, especially if you engage in activities that are likely to cause a re-injury. “I haven’t used a knee pillow before so wasn’t sure what to expect. It does take a bit of getting used to but I’m persevering and feel that it is helping to relieve the pain in my right knee and my back. I was rather disappointed at the time it took for the item to arrive and with the fact that Essential Wellness did not respond to the email I sent them asking when I could expect it. I couldn’t track the item via the Shop app as there was no tracking number. The company needs to do better with its customer service. The 3 stars is more for the product.”
