“We have booked a trip for next year (2025) so too early to rate their full service, hence 4 stars. However, in dealing with initial queries and tweaks to the standard itinerary, the sales representative was quick, accurate, friendly and professional. He sent through updated information promptly and provided documentation within the stated timescale.”

“We haven’t been on our trip yet but based purely on the experience of booking the trip we are pleased with the result. It started with a bit of a hiccup as we spoke to a member of staff who never came back to us but when we reached back out again we were placed in the hands of Andy who has helped us book a 2 week trip to India including the golden triangle and then a few days on the beach. Andy was very patient with us with our changes to our tailor made holiday, even when we asked him to explore different areas only to revert back to the original plan. He also recommended moving the holiday back one week which created a saving of over £700 which meant we could upgrade the room for our beach stay in Goa. Andy was also available on weekends if we wanted to speak and regularly picked up the phone as opposed to keeping it to purely email dialogue. Hopefully the holiday will be amazing but based on the booking experience I would recommend eShores if you’re looking to book a tailor made holiday”

“I had never heard of eshores till I decided to plan a multi-stop holiday in Turkey some weeks ago. The decision to use eshores was based on a quick internet search for any help I could get with this. So, i wasnt really expecting much. As the planning was at relatively short notice...and we had never travelled to Turkey, I was pleasantly surprised at the support I had from Rachel at eshores who listened to what I wanted and was patient to go back and forth with me till I had the exact holiday I wanted (Istanbul, Ankara and Antalya). I always had a response with every query(and I had quite a few!!). The travel itself worked like a dream...both international and domestic flights were straightforward, but even more surprising was how reliable the multiple taxis to and fro airports were, even when picking up at 0330!! Overall, the experience has been very positive and I would be very happy to use the service again”

“Booked a holiday to USA with Rob who has been very helpful . Only disappointment was the website stating we would be picked up in USA & taken to the hotel & vice versa on the way back which isn’t the case . Looking forward to the holiday”

“Have always found Eshores. Very easy to deal with, the staff especially Michelle are very knowledgeable They come back to you very quickly. On a recent trip to Singapore we arrived late at night and our hotel had closed without advising anyone, Eshores dealt with it very quickly and were able to get us to another hotel with little fuss.”

“Easy to contact. Helpfully offered a package within a short period of time, incl transfers. The only disappointment: 2 featured Antigua & Barbadian hotels on your website were actually more than double in price! So started with a disappointment”

“My agent ( Dave ) was amazing and very knowledgeable. I was originally planning to go to Bali, Dave made me aware of the changes to the entry requirements and helped me to find an alternative. He gave me great suggestions for my twin centre holidays in Thailand and always worked well within my budget. After speaking to many different travel agencies eshore was the best by far”

“We were looking for a multi-centre trip but finding it difficult to obtain this without complicated flight changes with unheard of airlines. Although it took rehires a while to make contact, once it was established, Rebecca dealt with our enquiry really well and we are now looking forward t our trip. Highly recommended and I have already done so to colleagues.”

“Andy was great from start to finish in finding us the best price for our holiday. Our pick up and drop off at the airport went smoothly too. However, if you have foreign passports, please do your own checks about visas etc.”
