“We have booked holidays several times through Dave Felton. We have always found him to be extremely helpful with his knowledge. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with what we want, and his advice on destinations has always been first-class. In the past, if dave wasn't available in the office, we would wait for his return. Would use Dave again for any future bookings. He always manages to look after us oldies.ha ha. “We have just returned from an amazing trip to Canada booked through Kelly at eshores. Kelly was so helpful fine tuning the holiday to our exact needs and price. “Trip to Canada ruined because people did not check all the details, to be told 3 days before flying car hire from Calgary to Vancouver was no longer possible. Told by Eshores that Hertz car hire have not been doing that route for the last 5 months. It was only the fact due to us finding the paperwork different to the itinerary we noticed the error. Option given was not to our requirement, to do double the distance and waiting around the airport to take a extra flight. No apology given. Would not recommend them, we will find a travel agent who can give us the holiday we ask for.”

We are genuinely sorry we couldn't provide the holiday as originally booked. It wasn't something we were aware of 5 months before, so I'm not sure if some of the information wasn't relayed. Hertz wasn't able to provide the car as originally booked, due to the shortage of cars after the pandemic, which was made worse by the fires that were going on in Jasper just before you were due to travel there and the closures of parts of Jasper. This meant we had to provide an alternate itinerary, which I appreciate did mean an internal flight, but would have enabled you to do most the itinerary, which along with the discounted trip, we hoped would be of interest. We did try and provide various other options too and would have looked at anything to provide the holiday, but as you said visiting Jasper was the highlight and you weren't willing to make any changes to the holiday, it meant the only option was to cancel or delay the trip. We are truly sorry for not being able to get you on your holiday and I will contact you directly to discuss this further. Regards, Gavin (eShores)

“Brilliant experience using eShores to set up a trip for three of us to do a week in Italy (4 nights in Florence and 3 in Rome) with transfers by car and train as well as arranging hotels. I'd only ever been on full package holidays before and was a bit anxious about parting with quite a bit of money to a company I didn't know and had not met face to face but I needn't have been. It was a wonderful experience and by phone calls and lots of emails (for my own reassurance) everything was set up and we had a wonderful holiday. Would definitely recommend eShores and many thanks in particular to Chris who put up with my panicky emails and calls.”

“Andy from e-shores came up with the perfect package for my wife and daughters 24 & 20. Three different island stays in the Caribbean with flights and private transfers. Andy was there for us when Air Antilles let us down by cancelling the flights on the day and going the extra mile to find new flights which in the Caribbean is not easy!! Have already recommended to friends who have used them twice and are delighted. Many thanks”

“We used eShores when booking our honeymoon. Andy could not of been more helpful. We were very particular and fussy about where, when and how we travelled, which would include 4 weeks, 9 flights and a number of different accommodation, transfers and tours. But Andy took time to ensure everything was perfect for us. His correspondence throughout the booking process was faultless and even after we had confirmed everything he managed to change our itinerary one last time following the escalation of trouble in Sri Lanka. This correspondence continued throughout our trip with Andy replying to any questions promptly as well as showing a genuine interest in how our holiday was going. He even gave us a follow up call once we had arrived home. In addition to his first class service, Andy’s knowledge of the tours, accommodation and countries that he booked for us was priceless, as he was able to recommend specifics which really made our honeymoon so memorable. Thanks Andy!”

“I have used eShores for four long-haul holidays. They have listened and given me what I wanted each time at a very good price. They give advice when asked but never try to influence your decision. Their arrangements have included flights, accommodation, trains, Greyhound bus and cruise ship. Everything worked perfectly. I would certainly recommend them.”

“I would definitely recommend Eshores. Our holiday to Italy was perfect and the hotel recommendation in Rome was a fantastic hotel in a great location. All the flights, trains and private transfers were great with no problems at all. I could not fault anything. Very good professional service with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely use Eshores again. Thank you very much.”
