“Unfortunate circumstances led to the cancellation of my 2022 holidays plans to Australia & NZ. Chris had worked out a wonderful programme which couldn't go ahead and he was so helpful in maximising the refund I obtained. I used eshores again in 2024 to re-plan my holiday and once again Chris was great in putting every element together. I had the trip of a lifetime thanks to his experience and expertise in arranging the new programme. I would recommend eshores to everyone.”

“It was a shame that eShores wasn't as good as when I had used them previously. It took me supplying the holiday details I was after three times before anyone came back to me. Also, the details I had supplied the first time (via the website 'Request a call') had disappeared when I called a week later to see what was happening. I then spoke to Matt and the details I supplied to him had again disappeared when I called a week later and spoke to Hannah. At least Hannah then took the details and started working on our holiday. So, communications dreadful, holiday booking relatively seamless once it actually started.”

“Lynette assisted us to find the best Caribbean holiday for March 2025. She made suggestions until we were happy with the itinerary. The booking was completed seamlessly and we are now just waiting to go.”

“The website was good as it gave you ideas and I dealt with Adam. He was friendly and hlepful and listened to what we needed from the multi centre holiday. I had a few options I needed pricing and he diligently put the quotes together for me. We have booked with eshores to go to Thailand and assuming we will have a good time, I would happily deal with Adam/eshores again. Newxt time it will be Malaysia! I woudl highly recomend.”

“I recently undertook a 2 week solo Greek island hopping trip to Santorini, Naxos and Mykonos. Nick at eShores listened to what I wanted from my holiday and literally put together an itinerary that could not have been more perfect. Each hotel was better than the last and given that the first one exceeded my expectations that’s saying something. Having seen a lot of each island on my trip I can honestly say that the resort Nick chose for me on each island was the right one for me. Communication was great and everything had been arranged for me including ferries and most transfers. EShores admin were also brilliant when my return BA flight was cancelled and the alternative flight was not until the next day and to a different airport. They sorted everything for me meaning I could just relax and enjoy my bonus extra day! I have recommended eShores to a number of friends who followed my adventure through my Facebook posts and so now want to visit Greece. Thanks to everyone at eShores who made my trip so special.”

“After our bad experience with booking with another holiday company which in the end decided not to bother with, my daughter suggested eShores to book our holiday to Singapore and Australia. We were contacted by Michelle and all of our stress and worries disappeared. Michelle was so friendly and experienced, gave us brilliant advice and recommendations. Been back to her several times with any queries I had, nothing is too much trouble and she goes over and above to make sure you are happy with everything. I cannot fault Michelle, she is so dedicated to her customers. I can definitely recommend eShores, especially Michelle and I will be booking other holidays with them in the future.”

“We have never used these types of services before, but we are complete converts!. eShores were incredible and provided a wonderful service. Hannah Morris could not have been more helpful, despite the numerous queries we raised with her. She was a real star! We were very impressed with all aspects of the service, even after we had booked and paid. While we were away, their after care service was excellent too, advising us of all changes to travel timings and other arrangements. We highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again and again!”

“We had virtually given up with booking our holiday for 2025. Had contacted another travel agent but had no reply. Saw a package with eShore on Facebook so made contact, didn't expect much response. Laura rang us here in Spain and asked what we were looking for. We chatted for some time and she promised to send some ideas to us, that day we recived 5 quotes. It was obvious Laura had listened to what we were saying and sent quotes based on that. We spent the weekend looking at the quotes and coming up with "improvements" we wanted to explore. Another good chat and we have now booked Singapore & Thailand for Jan 2025 with flights we wanted. Laura was not trying to make us spend money unnecessarily. Communication with Luara and admin has bee swift and accurate. Didn't think I'd be using a travel agency again but glad we have.”
