“Lynette has been our travel agent for over 4 years now. Each and every time we book a holiday with Lynette she never seems to amaze us with the knowledge she has of each destination that we are planning to travel too. When booking a multi-destination holiday, we initially thought it would be a really stressful process, however, having someone like Lynette take the planning off our hands made the entire booking experience more exciting and relaxed. 1st Class Service as always. Thanks again for sorting our dream honeymoon.”

“10/10 booked a multi centre 7 day city break with matt at eshores , brilliant from the quote to the holiday helpful support if you had any questions we did rome ,Florence and Venice all flights ,hotels ,transfers and train journeys went smoothly and had all the paperwork in a pack made it so much easier would 100% use this company again brilliant, thank you we had the best week in Italy 🇮🇹”

“Dave was very patient as we explored options for a three location holiday with flights between venues. With his help I think we absolutely got what we wanted and when we wanted it. Knowledgeable, flexible, polite, helpful and I hope, costs effective. My only suggestion would be to provide contact details at first interaction which might have speeded things up a little.”

“Great service from eshores. Dave was patient and professional, providing me with a choice of hotels for each of my 3 x centre trip to Croatia. It was refreshing to deal with the same person at each stage of the process, who had local knowledge of my destination and provided helpful insight.”

“Unfortunate circumstances led to the cancellation of my 2022 holidays plans to Australia & NZ. Chris had worked out a wonderful programme which couldn't go ahead and he was so helpful in maximising the refund I obtained. I used eshores again in 2024 to re-plan my holiday and once again Chris was great in putting every element together. I had the trip of a lifetime thanks to his experience and expertise in arranging the new programme. I would recommend eshores to everyone.”

“It was a shame that eShores wasn't as good as when I had used them previously. It took me supplying the holiday details I was after three times before anyone came back to me. Also, the details I had supplied the first time (via the website 'Request a call') had disappeared when I called a week later to see what was happening. I then spoke to Matt and the details I supplied to him had again disappeared when I called a week later and spoke to Hannah. At least Hannah then took the details and started working on our holiday. So, communications dreadful, holiday booking relatively seamless once it actually started.”

“Always there to answer our questions ,always check hotels and help with whatever questions we have. “The website was good as it gave you ideas and I dealt with Adam. He was friendly and hlepful and listened to what we needed from the multi centre holiday. I had a few options I needed pricing and he diligently put the quotes together for me. We have booked with eshores to go to Thailand and assuming we will have a good time, I would happily deal with Adam/eshores again. Newxt time it will be Malaysia! I woudl highly recomend.”
