“The service from Andy at eShores was excellent. He was utterly professional, got back to me when he said he would, was always available and provided me with great options. I used him for my honeymoon and as I already knew basically what I wanted he was able to get me great deals on the hotels I thought I wanted and his own suggestions too. Even while we were on holiday and potentially had to return home urgently he was available on a sunday and was really helpful. The only gripe would be that I'd have loved it if he was able to provide more options on 2 things that I wanted to do - such as Borneo and the Singapore GP, that would have been the cherry on top. But I'm totally satisfied and will 100% use him again and eshores again!”

“Have only rated 4*/good as I haven't been on my holiday yet. I am going to Bangkok for three nights then flying to Phuket for a week. Dave has been more than helpful and I actually feel quite sorry for him as I am a difficult person to work with! I have changed my mind around 100 times about where I want to go and Dave has been nothing but helpful. If this holiday is everything I hope and expect and more then I will most definitely be using Eshores again! Thank you for your help Dave! I will be leaving feedback after my holiday in April, hopefully leave a 5* review!”

Hi Gordon, thank you for your review. I'm pleased Emma looked after you and you were happy with the service she provided. With regards the price, as you're aware the holiday you booked was a Thomson Package which we had to book through them as they are the only company that offer the hotel you wanted, unfortunately though we have no control over their prices. When you came to book the holiday we did offer it you cheaper than they were selling it direct on their own website, so at the time it was the best deal available, however after you'd booked they must have reduced their price. We are also frustrated to see that the price has come down as we always strive to get our clients the best deal, but prices with Thomson do fluctuate. I will speak to Emma to see to see what else we can do to help on this matter and I’ll get her to email you directly. “I would definitely recommend Eshores to my friends. Andy Rogerson, my consultant, arranged my holiday to New York and Las Vegas. I just told him the hotels and flight times I wanted and he sorted out the perfect itinerary for us at a great price! We had the most wonderful time with no worries at all. Would use Eshores again for my next holiday. Thanks Andy!!”

“After comparing a few multi-centre holiday companies I was happy with the advice, help and offers I had put together as an itinery. I finally decided to use eshores after reading other reviews, and being contacted promptly when I wanted some information and emailed all the details I needed to make a decision. Also I found Andrea very helpful and she got in touch with me when I needed her to which with all relevant information for the booking and quotes, which I found some other companies lacked and had no urgency or work ethic to strive in customer satisfaction. So far, so good. Leighton Vaughan”
