“This is the second time I have booked my holiday through E Shore. The first was with an agent called Sharon who booked our holiday to Vietnam and various locations. That holiday was fantastic with no problems and no snags. This is the reason that I'm going on holiday with E Shores again, this time I'm off to Dubai and the Maldives. The agent booking this holiday is Racheal, Racheal has been very professional from start to finish, nothing is too much trouble. We don't actually fly till November but the communication from Racheal has been second to none. The holiday put together by Racheal was very reasonable and for the same holiday with other agents like Travelbag was nearly £15,000. Again E Shore is fantastic as a company and I can honestly say very professional. I can honestly say I would travel with any other agent. Best Regards Donald”

“We have been looking for this holiday for many months. I found eShores website and gave it a go. I spoke to Emma who I must say was brilliant she listened to everything we required, we left it with her and she came back within the hour and had everything perfect. It does normally take us a while to decide however Emma was so helpful and accurate we booked it. Thank you to Emma.”

“Just had the most amazing 3 week holiday to Miami, cruising to the Panama Canal and then to New Orleans arranged by Emma. The flights were well planned and ran to time, hotels were exactly to our specification and central and the trips arranged were first class. We have been using E-Shores for our travel requirements for many years and would certainly recommend you give them the opportunity to show you what they can do for you before going elsewhere.”

“Kelly at eShores was very patient with us as we put together and refined the itinerary for our holiday. We found the personal touch on the phone reassuring and the response time was good. It would have taken us much longer to put the twin centre trip together if we had attempted this independently.”

“I was very impressed with the efficiency of the customer service from eShores. Matthew listened carefully to what we required from our holiday, picking out excellent accommodations & resorts to choose from. After booking there was an issue with one of the hotels, yet this was soon resolved. Matthew was knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on we here we could visit during our holiday.”

“We just booked our second far east holiday with e shores. Excellent service from our travel consultant Dave. Expert knowledge of where we wanted to travel. Very patient with us when we kept changing our minds with no pressure to choose.Every flight resort Hotel was chosen by us we booked what we wanted to book. We were more than happy with our last holiday feb23 that as soon as we came home we booked again with Dave. And apart from that Excellent prices.”

“Emma was so help as was many of her colleagues too many to mention The holiday to Vietnam that they organised covered a lot of the country and gave me a wide experience of its culture and people. I was most impressed at the smooth transition to all the places we visited and would recommend eShores to all my family and friends when organising this kind of holiday as it takes the stress out of the travel miles. The holiday was good value for money and each hotel definitely 5*. EShores.co.uk covered all of my wish list and more and I would like to thank them all very much for all my wonderful memories”

“The consultation process with Emma around arranging the holiday was very easy with clear communication and consideration of what would work with our budget and where it would be worth stretching the budget. The posted Travel pack with tickets and itinerary was very good. I especially liked the What’sApp messages we received on the transfers from airports to hotels etc. The service providers backed this up with great What’sapp communication as well, even sending a self portrait of the driver to aid identification. Emma (eShore) responded very quickly and reimbursed us super fast for the issues we had around the no show of a Rio Airport taxi to the hotel and unexpected Brazilian domestic airline baggage charges. I was very impressed with the no argument approach and prompt reimbursement. Over many years I have used many other brand name travel agent specialists and found eShores a "notch" above and would certainly recommend as they provided an amazing holiday. We will be back to book more in the future.”

“My friend from London recommended eshore to me and asked me to contact Chris Eaves. He organised our entire holiday including flights, hotels and local tours for Combodia, Vietnam and Singapore.All was organised and discussed with prompt response and very professionally .I would highly recommend to anyone to contact eshore especially Chris Eaves who is looking to book a tailor made holiday. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff . overall Fantastic experience !!!!”

“I have recently been on a multi-city trip to Italy with my partner. Rome, florence & venice with a day trip to pompeii all organised by Emma. From start to finish everything went so smoothly. The price was upfront and fair with no hidden costs. The deposit needed is more than it would be than say a big airline or travel agent, just somthing to be aware of. But it couldnt have gone smoother. The 3 hotels were all in great locations we got around using trains which again were all booked by emma and so easy to use. The documents arrived in plenty of time before the trip. I would absolutely use emma and eShores again, it was so easy Emma really listened and i got the trip i wanted. Our flight there was canceled by the airline a few weeks before travel. We were moved to another airline by eShores with no extra cost to us on the same day. I travel regularly and would use eshores again. Highly recommend. Thankyou Emma.”

“We are very pleased with the service given to us by your company, particularly, Kelley Bennett. She understood our wishes and needs, gave very informed advice, and helped us to make good choices about dates, hotels etc. She processed the information fast and produced the required documents for us.
