“We booked a trip to Vietnam with eShores, and it couldn't have been simpler. After an initial web enquiry Mathew our travel consultant created an itinerary that was pretty much spot on at the first attempt! Within a few phone calls we had then tweaked it to our preferences, with Mathew always being very helpful and responsive. The price was excellent, and we can't wait to go on our holiday. Would definitely recommend.”

“Judging by the lack of communication from eShores, I am guessing that they do not need new clients! I sent a reply to your email on 8th August and got no reply except your out of office for a day message. I will try a couple of similar companies to eShores to see if they are more response orientated. Regards, Mike Reid”

Dear Mike, I've just seen your review and I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the service you've received. Due to technical reasons, we didn't get your email. Had we known you'd emailed asking for changes to our quotation, we would have replied straight away. We honestly didn't know until we saw your review, so all I can do is apologise that the service you received didn't meet our usual high standards. I know the consultant has since tried to contact you, but been unable to do so. “Have booked with shores before and were more than happy so we contacted them again for this holiday. Hannah, our travel consultant, worked tirelessly to answer all our queries and confirm all details when asked. She kept us well informed every step of the way and worked with enthusiasm to ensure we got exactly what we wanted! Nothing was too much trouble. Also very competitive. Thank you Hannah.”

“We have just returned from Thailand 🇹🇭, a holiday organised by Hannah. Everything was planned to perfection for my husband and I, including airport transfer, trips and fabulous hotels. We booked the holiday in January and then our daughter went travelling to South East Asia and decided to join us in Bankok and Chang Mai. Hannah seemlessly added her to our trips including an overnight stay at the Jungle River Rafts, nothing was too much trouble and it was nice to deal with the same person from booking to travelling. Holiday highlights? Trying things I'd never experienced before, swimming with elephants. Kayaking at James Bond Island being delivered back to our really nice hotel in Phuket in a disco Tuk Tuk 😂 and the whole River Kwai experience, staying on jungle river rafts., riding on the death railway and visiting the war graves. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Eshores again and particularly liked dealing with Hannah.”

“This was our first holiday with e shores, we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again, I spoke to Michelle, told her where we wanted to go, she put us a package together, we got a great price, we have had a fabulous holiday everything went perfect, anything we needed to know Michelle was always there to help, nothing was to much trouble, thank you Michelle.”

“eShores and Dave Felton were recommended to me by a friend as we were undecided on what we wanted from a visit to Bali for my 50th Birthday. From the initial calls establishing what we wanted to get from the holiday to subsequent calls, nothing has been too much trouble or unachievable. Especially this week with the recent earthquakes in Indonesia (thoughts with those effected) and the uncertainty of can we or cant we travel in a months time to the Gilis, Dave and Emma have been amazing in helping and advising us in finding an alternative location within Bali. If their passion and professionalism to this point is anything to go by then I'm sure we are going to have the best time in Dubai and Bali..........will definitely be back for future holiday bookings”

“An absolutely brilliant holiday. A great choice of hotels in Los Angeles and Hawaii by Hannah. Perfectly located and lovely and clean. Thank you for making it a real trouble-free holiday. The extra one-night stay at the Airport coming home was a great suggestion in order to break up the return journey. If it hadn't been for you I think we would have still been trying to make a decision as to where to go! Would certainly use eShores again in the future.”

“Booked a great tailor-made holiday with eshores which more or less fitted what I was looking for, a difficult thing to achieve as I can be very picky with the details! They patiently helped and advised me throughout the initial stage of booking the right holiday, and everything organised went as planned. Great communication, very professional throughout the process. Thank you James for everything! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others for booking a tailor-made holiday.”

“I found your website whilst looking for a special holiday for my 60th birthday. I received a call from Emma McDonough after lodging an enquiry. I must say, Emma was fantastic and after a few changes, she found me a dream holiday taking in 3 Greek islands. Nothing was too much trouble and now all I have to do is get there. I liked that fact that booking the holiday was done on the phone and not the website, talking to a real person makes a huge difference. I just hope it all pans out as planned and it is as good as it sounds. I will send some photos when I get back. I've already recommended your services to several of my friends and family.”
