“I emailed my query via your website and I received a call within a day. Your agent was extremely helpful (and patient) throughout and gave useful tips and advice. His responses were immediate and he kept me updated on his progress at all times. By far this is the best service I have received from a travel agent and I will recommend to friends and family. I honestly have no negative comments and I would like to name Matt from your Rotherham shop, he is an absolute credit to the company... thank you”

“Our trip to Thailand was our second holiday with eShores, and again it didn't disappoint. As with the trip to Vietnam 2 years ago, everything went smoothly and we had no problems with any of the transfers, flights or hotels, Very good value for money too, and perfect weather in Thailand, although I'm not sure Andy organised that for us! Anne, Shustoke, Warwickshire.”

“Everything from the customers service, to the arrangements on the trip we booked were first class. Everything ran so smoothly, there were no hidden surprises and then to find out the amount of money we saved was just fantastic. We are so impressed, that we have already decided to look at booking another trip with them.”

“I went on a New York/Vegas trip October 2014 with my 2 daughters for 21st birthday celebration. Emma at eShores was absolutely brilliant the accommodation & flights fitted our itinerary to a tee. Friends & family were amazed at the price for everything included in the package. Highly recommended”

“We wanted to book a multi-centre European holiday and despite changing details several times the E-Shore agent, Emma McDonough, was extremely patient and helpful. She managed to find us the right package within our budget and at the time we wanted. She even amended incorrect details that I had provided without any complaint or additional cost. All in all at this stage I have been very impressed with the service provided....lets hope the actual holiday lives up to our expectations.”

“Oh God I always write the same ..but what else can I say ..always book my holidays with you everyone Ive spoken to are very nice and helpful etc ..Dave is brilliant .. The only one complaint is that he always lets me book another holiday !! Told him last week DONT let me book any more holidays .....well not this month !!!”

“Again eshores got it right! We love our multi trips to far flung destinations and eshores take the time to listen to you and understand you fully and put together a bespoke holiday that suites at a more than reasonable price. We will continue to use them as we feel that there is definitely not a better more personal service out there. A special thanks to Emma and Gavin that have tailormade our previous vacations.”

“We have used E-shores twice when booking multi-centre holidays. Matthew looked after everything for us and was very patient when we changed our minds several times. Both holidays were problem free right down to the last detail. We have recommended Matthew to many of our friends and would definitely book future holidays with him. We have used many other tour operators in the past who have been satisfactory but Matthew just goes the extra mile.”

“This company has customer service as its main focus, I wanted to book a multi-stop trip to USA. Dave was my advisor, he was patient as I changed dates and venues several times. There was one hiccup with a hotel booking but when I contacted eshores Dave was not in, however another advisor sorted it out immediately. Which was good customer care. Our holiday was great and unforgettable experience. I always recommend them and will use them for our next adventure.”

“Cannot say how good this company are. Nothing is too much trouble and Dave is more than willing to carry on searching to get you a better deal and to beat other quotes. He is very knowledgeable and used this experience to delay booking flights for a day knowing the price would drop the following morning. I have used Dave to book 2 long haul adult holidays to Thailand & Cuba as well as a family booking for 14 to Cyprus.”

“Eshores was recommended by a friend and I found James was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was wanted to book a holiday for my wedding in Las Vegas and New York. He was very prompt at replying to emails and phone calls and created a great package for my holiday. Would definitely recommend and would use eshores again in the future”

“This is the first time I have booked with e shores and I found them to be exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Emma either knew the answers to my questions or found out the answers immediately. She returned phone calls quickly as promised and e-mails were also sent promptly. “Must pin a medal on Andy Rogerson for his work on planning my Thai multicentre holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked tirelessly on my several changes of dates, places, airlines, hotels and their duration and always with good humour and great patience! He is in my phone and laptop for ever and I would have no hesitation in calling him again for my next holiday venture. Really outstanding service. Jon Swain”
