“Initially I was pleased with the service but this rapidly went down hill. First - the holiday I book and paid for was not available Second - the seats that I paid to reserve were booked for me, it then took 4hrs of phone calls to rectify this Third - the 2nd floor room that was requested was not listed on the hotel requirements”

Hi Emma, we're very disappointed you feel the service we provided wasn't satisfactory. When you came to book the holiday we had to call through to check the availability, but unfortunately since we first quoted you the availability had changed and it was no longer available. We offered you an alternative date which you were happy with so we went ahead with the booking. With regards the seats on the plane, the tour operator we booked through arranged your seats at the time of booking to ensure we could offer the best seats that were available. When you asked to change your seats we gave you the reference number but due to issues with the airlines system this had to be done over the phone. Rather than you waiting in a queue to them we offered to phone them for you, we emailed some suitable seat numbers and a seat plan and once you confirmed your preferred seats we booked them for you. We admit this did take a few hours but this was because of lengthy call queues to get through to the airline; which was the reason we offered to call them for you. Finally the request for the room was made for you but unfortunately requests can’t be guaranteed, however we were under the impression you were very happy with your room and the holiday. If this was not the case then please contact us directly so we can discuss this further. Kind regards, eShores

“Andrea was extremely helpful, when I first enquired the flights had not been released and she offered to phone me back when they were released. True to her word she phoned me back with a price which I did compare and this was the best price available for my holiday. Every time I have telephoned I have had excellent Customer Service from all staff.”

“After comparing a few multi-centre holiday companies I was happy with the advice, help and offers I had put together as an itinery. I finally decided to use eshores after reading other reviews, and being contacted promptly when I wanted some information and emailed all the details I needed to make a decision. Also I found Andrea very helpful and she got in touch with me when I needed her to which with all relevant information for the booking and quotes, which I found some other companies lacked and had no urgency or work ethic to strive in customer satisfaction. “Andy Rogerson gave excellent customer service when i booked a multi city holiday to the states in September. He was very knowledgable and got us a great rate for our vacation!! He was that good that I recommended him to my cousin, who has also booked a holiday with him!!”

“This is the second time I have booked a long haul trip with Dave, he is extremely helpful and will look up hotels flights which we were looking at already , he isn,t a pushy sales man and gave me the best price available as I had already done my research already. Will definitely book with them again”

“Very good service and altho one pays a tad more for an agent, we feel it is worth it oon the overall expense of any holliday. Eshore have been paricularly good and efficient. We dealt with Helen and can't speak for any others but she is top job.”

“Hi, Decided to do a dual centre holiday this year, New York & Miami. I was not quite sure on the accommodation type, or the standard of flights I required. I told Andy from eshores travel what I was looking for,, and he provided a good base quotation, which I then customised to suit my budget. I cannot praise Andy or eshores enough, the communications and advice has been spot on. I can now look forward to enjoying the holiday, without any worries .”

“Kadie was more than helpful - she was the only travel agent from several different companies to show me a holiday to my exact specification (which wasn't simple!), she made sure she always emailed me back if I had any questions, she even stayed late one night because I needed to call but couldn't call until after my working hours, which was out of her working hours. Very impressed with eShores as a whole.”

“Will always go to Eshores first for a quote ! Have used them 2 or 3 times now and iam very impressed with them (Kadie). Always quick to get back to me. We have had some good deals and would recomend them to anybody.”

“I have booked a couple of holidays with eShores and have always found them very helpful and accommodating of my requirements without trying to over sell me anything. I have also found them very competitive against other travel agents. I would recommend them without hesitation if you want someone that will go that extra mile to make the holiday fit your requirements rather than you having to fit the standard for everyone!”
