“We booked a tailored holiday with eShores, to Guadeloupe and Antigua. Unfortunately Guadeloupe is not on a direct route from the UK, but Andy went out of his way to find an itinerary which would allow us to get to Guadeloupe without too much additional expense or cutting into the holiday. The hotels in which we stayed were all excellent, with beautiful views and good service. One of the airport transfers didn't turn up, but that was no fault of eShores. The taxi fares we had to pay were quickly refunded. We only have a couple of small complaints about the service provided. Compared to other tailored holiday companies we have used, the knowledge about the destinations is limited and little local documentation is provided. We had booked B&B but there was nothing within walking distance of our second hotel and therefore it may have been more appropriate to recommend all-inclusive. This is the only reason I am giving 4 stars not 5 and I have no doubt eShores will take on board the critique and improve their service even further.”

“Helpful and fitted our brief very well, though we could have done with more information about the hotels; we had to search them out on the web ourselves to find out about their locations, etc. Too early to say more - ask again on our return?”

“I booked a holiday with Michelle of eShores to Amsterdam and Rome. I come originally from a high end sales background so I'm possibly over sensitive to customer care. Michelle has been brilliant throughout the booking process. Listening to what I was looking for and then coming up with a few alternatives. I haven't been on the holiday yet that's why I've only given four stars. I suspect that on return I will give five !”

“Booked a route 66. Michelle was very knowledgeable and have us excellent service. She was happy to amend and tweek our trip as we needed. These changes were done promptly and we received immediate acknowledgements all the way through from booking. She always hot back to us promptly. The choice of hotels was of a very good standard and well thought through. They were all handy to get to after a long day travelling. Everything went to plan - everything was booked no problems. Thank you Michelle. We were that pleased we have asked Michelle to quote for our next holiday”

“Have rated this as only good due to the poor service offered from Michelle, contacted twice for a quote but said she was busy and was it a confirmed booking , can`t confirm without a price. On the other hand it was VERY GOOD service from Matt he offered me an alternative multi tour to the one advertised for South Africa which I accepted with a couple of changes Nothing was no problem to him answering all my queries. Excellent !! Rod”

Hi Rod, thanks for taking the time to write a review and I'm really pleased Matt was able to help find you a suitable trip and get everything sorted. I also wanted to take this opportunity to apologise Michelle wasn't able to assist you. I think there was a little bit of a miss understanding, as Michelle would always do what she could to help. However when you called she was completing some bookings, so was just explaining that she wasn't able to do it straight away. I am sorry again, I know it's no excuse but we came in after new Year and was literally inundated with enquiries, so did struggle to get the quotes to people as quickly as we normally would. “I can't thank the travel consultant, Hannah Morris, enough for helping me book this holiday. With being at work majority of the time she had taken so much stress off by looking into every little thing I asked, even cab fares from city to city so I can find the best location to stay at! She got back to me so efficiently that in the spare time I had I was able to just compare the necessary finical details. eShores really does provide you with a 'tailor made' holiday, I picked the dates, city's, the hotels and private transfers and she went alway and tried to find me the best prices within my budget and within and day got back to me with a quotation and within the week all was finalised and booked! Only reason I have given 4* rating is because I haven't gone on the holiday yet to complete my overall experience. Farhana”

“Just booked a holiday with eshores. Can't comment on the holiday itself, just the booking service and the extremely helpful staff at eshores. Michelle was attentive and was really good at getting in touch with us and following up on emails. Her help and advice was much appreciated. Can't wait for our holiday now!”
