“We love this company. We have booked two holidays and been very pleased with the quick polite service. The first holiday to India ran really smoothly. We are now looking forward to the next holiday next year to Costa Rica.”

“Our holiday was arranged, but I think I could of done it all myself transfers were arranged flights and i had to tell Anna our rep the places i wanted as the ones chosen was not of a high standard for my honeymoon. I then had to go to an airport 3 hour drive instead of my local airport to fly to Thailand there was confusion about Payments all the way through it with Anna and she hounded me as if I was not going to pay. Overall got spoken to like I was a child. No advice was given on what we could do there. It was just a person booking flights and a hotel next time I will probably do it myself as nothing was explained on what was going to happen next from anna.”

“Andy organised our trip to Singapore and Bali extremely well. I gave him a vague idea of dates and destinations, and he came up with a great itinerary including some fantastic hotels. One of them was in an area I hadn’t requested but after looking into it we went along with his suggestion, and are so glad we did. All transfers were organised for us and went very smoothly. Very happy with a great all round service and I’m sure we will use eshores again. We would definitely recommend them.”

“Eshores organised our holiday to the Baltics, the itinerary was so extensive it read like a book - flights, taxis, bus transfers, hotels etc. James, our personnel travel adviser did such a good job it left little for us to do except enjoy the sights and experience. This is our second holiday he has organised for us, we can highly recommend Eshores, their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. They are very competitively priced against other travel companies, but their delivery and customer service puts them ahead of the others. Thank you James & Eshores.”

“Our holiday to Singapore and Bali was arranged brilliantly by Andy at E-Shores. The flights and transfers ran smoothly and our hotels were beautiful. During the booking phase I even tried to price up the same holiday myself and couldn't get close to E-shore's cost. We will certainly be booked our next holiday with Andy!”

“I phoned Emma and said that I wanted to go to 3 Greek islands over a 14 night holiday, she came back to me with an itinerary which we tweaked a bit before booking. She made it really easy to go on a personalised holiday.”

“Just returned from an amazing adventure that Kadie Ryan and myself but to together, can not recommend Kadie enough, see knows her job inside and out, always finds me the best hoildays and air travel. Thank you eshores cape town, Blue Train, sabi sands and Victoria falls, with qatar airways from Cardiff”

“I am not a person who normally writes reviews about companies but on this occasion Dave definitely deserves it! My partner and I booked our holidays to Bali through E-shores and we are really happy we did. Dave was not only really nice whilst discussing the trip and our budget but also throughout our time in Indonesia; for example, our ferry was cancelled and he quickly contacted us and found a way for us to get to our second destination as planned at no extra cost, drivers were always early and very polite, we loved the hotels... So I would definitely recommend this company and will book my next trip with Dave!”

“I booked my holidays last year with eshore and had a good service and wanted to book again with them this year. I have made a request to receive a quote few weeks back and despite several attempts at calling back to chase I have not received a quote yet. I am really disappointed at the promptness of your customer service.”

I'm sincerely sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on the service we offer and this is not how we operate and not the level of service we expect from our sales consultants. “Andy found us great hotels that were central to our needs . All transfers ran smoothly. Tickets arrived two weeks before departure. Shuttle buses were waiting for us between locations. Couldn’t fault service and choice all queries were responded to in a fast and timely manner by email and phone. Will use again. Thank you”

“We've just returned from a fantastic trip to Thailand arranged by Anna. I gave her an idea of the holiday and budget I was thinking of and she came up with a brilliant itinerary which worked perfectly under budget. Each private transfer was on time or most often early and the tours we booked through them were fantastic. Anna was really helpful working at the weekend to arrange our holiday and we are very grateful to her. I have already recommended her and would have no hesitation in recommending eshores.”
