“Our friends backed out of a cruise 3 weeks before we were due to go. As due had not booked it I tried frantically to find another holiday but got so frustrated due to the lack of availability at such short notice. I remembered that eShores had arranged us a trip to Singapore and Bali a couple of years ago and then a trip to New York. I contacted them and they sorted a fabulous holiday in Kuala Lumpur and Penang for our original cruise dates. They sorted everything out so quickly I was amazed. From now on we will be sticking with eShores and we can't thank them enough.”

I had told Andrea some main points I'd wanted covered on this holiday and she came back with a perfect itinerary. The communication was fantastic, I was always kept up to date and even while on holiday, they kept in touch. Everything worked out perfectly, the hotels were superb, the transfers were brilliant, so clean, friendly and made us feel like VIPs. All in all, it all worked perfectly well and the balance of this trip was excellent. We will definitively use eshores again and I can highly recommend them to anyone who wants a tailor made holiday. ”

“Very helpful, personable and efficient service from James. He really followed the brief and organised a great itinerary for Florence, the Italian coast and Pisa. It allowed independent travel and exploration, but with all train tickets booked and printed, it resulted in a completely hassle free experience. Really enjoyed our trip and will definitely use eShores again.”

“We have just returned from Kaula Lumpur & Hong Kong .James was very helpful in recommending this two centre option when we told him our requirements. He was very knowledgeable regarding the places visited and we followed his recommendations on trips as we explained that we wanted to see animals but be based in the city. We visited the Batu Caves, The Firefly colony and the Elephant Sanctuary. Kuala Lumpur was an amazing city and our children of 13 and 16 loved interacting with the Silver Leaf Monkeys and Elephants. The accommodation at Capri by Fraser was fantastic for both location & facilities we had a 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect for a family, the rooftop infinity pool was amazing and the staff very helpful. The hotel in Hong Kong was in an equally fantastic location in Kowloon with the tram station below the hotel so getting around Hong Kong was very easy. I would highly recommend E shores and we will use them again in future.”

“We want to thank Michelle for organising our 3 plus weeks to Hong Kong and China recently. I can only give 5 star praise to the way Michelle developed our itinerary and made all the fantastic arrangements for our complicated trip. We had the tiniest of hiccoughs in Beijing over accommodation but one quick phone call to Michelle got it sorted. The price for the 3 of us on the trip was surprisingly good given all our private tours and I would really recommend anyone contemplating a tailor made holiday, to visit eShores! We had a thoroughly good time and will be back to eShores in future for our long haul, tailor made holidays. Thanks a lot..to Michelle especially!”

“A brilliantly organised trip covering 5 destinations over 3 weeks for our honeymoon I tend to believe you learn more about people and companies when something goes wrong and whilst we only had a minor hiccup - through no fault of E-Shores, it was actually the hotel - the fact they stepped in, were all over it immediately, sorted it directly with the hotel and kept me posted throughout despite the 8 hour time difference suggests the attention to detail and absolutely seamless booking, payment and itinerary experience wasn’t a fluke! I’d typically tend to book these kind of trips myself but the peace of mind afforded by them and the team, at a pretty stressful time, was a massive help. One less thing to worry about and that was pretty invaluable. Thanks again for all your help, I’ve already recommended them to a colleague and I’m looking forward to organising our next experience with them.”

“I took my new wife on honeymoon to a surprise location Rome and Florence Forte Dei Marni, I arranged the holiday with Hannah who was a star, always phoning and emailing me keeping me aware of what was available looking for a perfect honeymoon and she ensured this was done in a professional and with excellent customer service, making it feel a personal experience she was helping us with. We were both taken aback by the quality of the boutique hotel River Palace Hotel friendly staff location perfect ( a nice touch the bottle of wine sent to our room by the management to celebrate our honeymoon) and then 1st class train journey to Florence air conditioned travel seeing the Italian countryside a break from the tourist route lovely, then Grand Hotel staff were friendly and 4 course meals every night excellent diet has now started. if you want a great short break or holiday Italy is wonderful”
