“We have recently (well over the last year) been dealing with Mathew he has been great very knowledgeable and patient too. This was our 1st trip to USA and Mathew was always polite professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company and I will be contacting Mathew for our next vacation. “Our travel consultant was Hannah. From my first call she was charming, helpful and knowledgeable. After outlining to her our initial thoughts about a 2 island stay in the Caribbean she came back with a quote the same day. We looked at this and made some changes and additions, Hannah dealt with all these and supplied the information we needed to reserve seats on Virgin Atlantic. It was all organised within a few days. I have to say that our holiday has come in, with upgrades, at a little over £4000. A price we are very happy with as, previous to phoning eShores, I had a quote for a similar holiday from Virgin for over £7000! Thank you Hannah, we will definitely give you a call if we decide on a long haul holiday again.”

“Matt was very helpful whilst finding a holiday in the Caribbean & allayed concerns about location etc. When my friend had to cancel everything was sorted out. I had reason to contact Matt on many occasions & he was always very helpful. Thank you.”

“Eshores was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them myself. I dealt with Andy who was really helpful. All queries were dealt with really quickly and he even responded when he wasn't in the office! We went to LA, Hawaii and Las Vegas. All went smoothly and we had a fantastic time. We couldn't have wished for a better location for our Waikiki hotel which had an amazing view of the beach from our balcony - we will definitely stay there again. I usually book my own holidays online and spend ages researching hotels and resorts. Andy made things so easy and eshores will be my first port of call in future. Thanks Andy you're a star!”

“What a fantastic holiday we had. Big thank you to Andy @ eShores. He was very helpful and planned every detail of our holiday to New York and Las Vegas. Our flights and times were great and both hotels were just perfect. Couldn't have asked for more. A friend recommended eShores, we are so glad he did. Andy is now working on our next holiday to Florida. I know that will be just perfect too.”

“Very Impressed with eSHORES and especially with our Travel Consultant Hannah Morris. We asked for a very specific holiday package which in mine and my girlfriends eyes could've been tricky considering the locations we asked for. Hannah was very patient and very helpful in our search for various destinations. Me and my girlfriend want to do Route 66 but with a few days in San Francisco and a little break in New York for 4 days. Hannah went back and fourth with a few different quotes which we revised over a period of about a month. She found the trip with all things we wanted included and within our price range. Finding specific hotels, destinations. My girlfriend and i are very pleased with the initial package. Will review again after the holiday, but at this point in time will use eshores again and highly recommend to friends and family. My girlfriend and i are very thankful for help and support from the eshores team and espeically our travel consultant Hannah Morris.”

“This is the first time that we have used e shores and we would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them. Helen was extremely helpful and she organised not only our flights but also our accommodation and hire car. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable and nothing was too much trouble for her and also her colleague Andrea. Thanks to e shores our holiday was memorable for all the right reasons.”

“Had a fabulous holiday in Thailand and Singapore, Andy from e-shores set out an itinerary for us involving 7 fights to different destinations, the whole trip went so smoothly, all our transfers were in place. A brilliant stress free holiday. Would highly recommend.”

“Excellent service, very quick efficient and professional. Answered all my questions worked out the best deal to fit my budget - great hotel choices. “I came across eshores a couple of years ago during a search for USA multi centre holidays and the travel agent Kadie who replied was absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I have used eshores travel agents on 3 more occasions and recommended them to friends who have also booked with eshores. I cannot recommend them enough. Please do try them and I am sure you will be delighted with the service.”
