“Telephone enquiries always met with pleasant and professional manner. Quick response via email once a booking is made. Would recommend e-Shores for price comparison as they will always try to match and better any quotes already found.”

“Dave Felton who was my contact for booking was absolutely top drawer. Knew everything about the area, gave honest advice and didn't try to steer us down a specific route. On top of that he was ridiculously quick with getting back on quotes -land even advised on additional b”

“The service from beginning to end was immaculate. Queries were dealt with quickly and everything we asked for was included in our quotation. Hotels that were booked for our trip were all brilliant and the whole trip ran smoothly. I can not thank Mathew enough and will definitely be using eshores again. By far the best service I have ever received.”

“We went to Vietnam using Eshores. They failed to tell us about the re-scheduling of internal flights in Vietnam and failed to notify us during our holiday through email when the airline sent emails to them about re-scheduling. Therefore, during our internal flights in Vietnam we spent 2 days in airports as the flights were re-scheduled 4-5 hours later. When I emailed them, they said I should have read the documentation. Why they couldn't just forward the email sent by the airline is beyond me.”

Unfortunately, due to the late nature of the change, when we received the notification from the airline it was already too late to advise you in enough time to change your plans. Hopefully then we can better understand the situation and explore how we could have dealt with the situation better. “Andrea was very helpful, had good knowledge of USA destinations and hotels. Helped us put together flights, hotels and gave us options and great info. Andrea listened and put together a high end, multi centre holiday at a great price.”

“I dealt with Andy at Eshores who was very helpful in answering all of my questions and revising the itinerary numerous times. He provided excellent advice regarding which hotels to stay at and different options on flights as well. When we got to the hotels, they were aware of all of the room requests we had made through Eshores. Eshores also came in the cheapest of the few that I checked before booking. I would not hesitate to use them again.”

“This company arranged two trips for me last year 2013 and i was very satisfied with the service I received. The first trip was a multi centre taking in L A, Hawaii and San Fran, the e Shores staff (Dave ) was brilliant nothing was to much trouble and he was very helpful and patient when I needed to change a couple of things. This trip went without any hitches and we experienced a brilliant holiday. In November 2013 I decided to visit New York for a few days and again Dave at eShores helped me plan this trip and again I had a brilliant time with no hitches. I recommend eShores to anybody that is planning a holiday as they do exactly what it says on the tin. i.e. they deliver what they promise and at a very competitive price, in fact their prices were approx. £400- £500 cheaper than other well known companies that I researched. So if your looking for a stress free holiday which is very good value for money you can't get much better than eShores.”

“I found Andrea to be very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and she was quick and very efficient in answering all of my queries. All of my requests were dealt with and any call backs promised were made at the time they said they would be. This good service resulted in us booking our holiday to Malaysia with eShores and we will definitely use your company again.”

“Dave was great. The brief I gave him was sparse in details, but he managed to put together an affordable package, coming up with different hotels when I changed my mind. His advice was helpful, he was very friendly and I would recommend eshores to anyone looking for help to tailor a package for a memorable holiday. Let's hope the actually holiday lives up to expectations.”
