“James has been fantastic when I have been asking for quotes for Thailand. He listened to everything I requested and managed to find hotels that fitted exactly what we wanted. We have booked today ready for March and I can’t wait, I would recommend to anyone!”

“Just got back from another fantastic holiday booked for us by Mathew. We had 4 nights New York, 3 nights Philadelphia and 3 nights Washington. I love that when I rang to discuss our holiday ideas the person I spoke to saw from their system that Mathew had previously booked a successful holiday for us so out us through to him again. This makes the service more personal. Mathew listened to our ideas, advised on locations, necessary and unnecessary items to make sure we kept to our budget. Our holiday went smoothly and ticked every box. Definitely recommend both eshores and Mathew.”

“I have used eShores before, and their service, both in preparing for the holiday, and then while abroad, is second-to-none. If you encounter a problem, it's normally very easy to ring them, and speak to one of their travel consultants, who knows your particular needs, and can advise on how best to deal with any local glitches. However, on this occasion, I was staying a long weekend with musician friends in one part of Italy, so I asked Dave Felton, whom I usually deal with, to tailor-makr a trip around this, and flying from a local airport. Dave came up with a wonderful, simple itinerary that allowed me to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Perugia, and Rome. All the hotels were perfectly adequate, and ideally positioned, with ensuite facilities and AC, and breakfast included. When presenting me with my proposed itinerary, Dave was able to say, for example, that my hotel in Rome was on an easy direct walk from the main station, which meant it was quicker to reach on foot, than by taxi. This was one of my best breaks to date, and I have no problem in giving my highest recommendation to eShores for arranging a lovely trip where everything worked seamlessly, and never once was I left in the lurch. It's a great service, competitively priced, 100% professional, yet with such a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!”

“Had great holiday with my American cousins in Athens, Naxos and Crete. eShores handled everything very well and we had no problems. All the choices of hotels were excellent and I plan to book another trip with eShores next year if the pound is still worth anything! Many thanks to Michelle for all her hard work.”

“James our personal travel consultant was absolutely excellent, this was the second time he has arranged a holiday for us and both holidays were planned to the minutest detail. The holiday we have just returned from was 13 days to the Baltic States, it was extremely detailed, he had arranged it perfectly making a good holiday into a great holiday. From start to finish his help and assistance was invaluable, many thanks to him and the team at Eshores.”

“Our trip to Bangkok, Phuket and Ko Samui was organised by Mathew at Eshores: he was very efficient and we had no hitches at all. Although you get a full itinerary before you leave the company sends texts the night before each transfer to remind you of pickup times etc. Very reassuring for a worrier like me... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent service.”

“This is the first time that we have booked with eShores and, if the holiday schedule / hotel choice is as good as their booking service, we will certainly be using them again. They are very efficient and responsive with regard to communcation and excellent on pricing. Nothing was too much trouble. Have already recommended the company to family and friends. “This is the 3rd time I have booked via Eshores and Dave Felton. I cannot recommend him enough. Nothing is too much trouble but most importantly he listens and trys to get as much information on your likes and dislikes so he can arrange the perfect holiday for you. On our previous holidays everything has gone to clockwork and we usually have multiple transfers and accommodation. I trust Dave implicitly to book the perfect holiday (and I am a fussy customer)!!! :)”

“eShores sorted out our holiday driving the entire length of Route 66 The trip to America to do Route 66 was brilliant, all the hotels were top quality, i can recommend them all. The locations of the hotels were especially good, we were in the heart of each city we stayed at. The car from Alamo was a choice of half a dozen cars, so we chose a Ford Kuga, which was brand new. Both the flights were fine, I’d say the American Airlines was slightly better quality than British Airways, but both were good. So all in all it was an amazing trip, i would certainly recommend a Route 66 trip to anyone who wants to see a lot of America.”

“Loved our Greek island hopping holiday in June booked with eshores and loved the fact that we could tailor the holiday how we wanted in terms of days/dates and left everything else to eshores to sort out. It was great that we were given our own individual advisor(Helen) who dealed with any changes or tweaks we requested. Highly recommend.”
