“I booked our October 2015 holiday through Michelle at Eshores, I cannot praise her enough for all her help & with all our requirements especially as we had not visited Australia before. Considering the changes we made , we were very pleased with the quotes. Great service ,I would recommend.”

“Just back from cuba booked through eShores, and I have to say that booking through eShores not only saved me a considerable amount of money than booking through the actual tour operator but was also more professional than booking through the actual tour operator. Michelle (the person I dealt with) was very professional and friendly, very helpful and answered any questions I had. I didn't really know where I wanted to go on holiday but had ideas of what I wanted, which after giving Michelle the details she came up with many options, discussing each one, she didn't push us towards the most expensive one, and gave us time to look at each option. I would recommend eShores to everyone, thanks to all at eShores especially Michelle for making our holiday a special one. We will definitely be coming back to you for our next one. Pete”

“Mathew was very helpful in looking into the perfect honeymoon for us. I only had a rough idea of what we wanted to do and he was very patient with me despite my numerous emails asking for changes and updates to be made. Mathew was very quick to reply to every email that I sent and nothing was too much hassle for him. We were worried that we would not be able to get the holiday that we wanted within our budget but Mathew helped us to create the perfect holiday within the budget we had in mind. I have since recommended Mathew to some of my friends and family due to the excellent service that we received.”

“Our consultant Hannah was extremely patient when I was choosing my holiday destination. She listened to our requirements and adjusted our hotel selections without complaint. I really felt that I was getting a personal service, and that I could ask any questions/make requests at any time and the whole communication was wonderful. A great service that I would recommend. Just hoping it all goes well on the ground!”

“I contacted e shores from an Internet search, we were looking for a customised trip to North and South Thailand. Andy, our e-shores contact was brilliant, he listened to our requests and sorted out our itinerary to reflect exactly what we wanted. We have recently returned from our fabulous Thailand holiday, everything worked just as it should and we cannot fault a thing. We will definately recommend e-shores and will certainly be return customers for future holiday considerations. Well done!”

“The service I received from eShores was fantastic. Mathew my Travel consultant was great. Having never been to Thailand before we decided to go through a Travel agent and found eShores on the web. He took us through every step of the way answering all our questions and advising us on the best way to put our Holiday package together until we were happy we had everything we wanted. Considering the upgrades and changes we made We were very pleased and surprised with the quote still coming in under budget,. I would certainly use eShores again. Many Thanks Chris”

“We explored "e-Shores" on the internet ( using google) and multi-centre holidays to Thailand were included and so I offered our preferred travel dates and enquired about availability and requested a sample itinerary via an email. Mathew responded 24 hours later with a great possibility which both met our dates and our budget and included transfers and some really good sounding excursions . I made a further enquiry and again Mathew responded accordingly and swiftly with what I had requested. We actually booked the first holiday itinerary we received and all without a lot of effort or stress on my part . We thank "e Shores" for the quality service , the professionalism and all the attention to detail we received in our first experience with "e Shores". Mathew really went the extra mile when it came to agreeing deposit and balance settlement date and he was also able to offer some useful 'snippets' of information about Thailand as a result of his own personal experience . “I booked my 2015 holiday through Emma at Eshores. I cannot praise her enough for her help with all of my requirements! I booked 3 nights in New York staying in The Hotel @ Times Square, and 4 nights in Las Vegas staying at MGM Grand. Our flights went out from Manchester, direct to JFK, and from JFK direct to McCarran International. There were no delays whatsoever and no complications! Emma found me a really good price for my budget, and put together a holiday of a lifetime! I enjoyed every second, and would definitely book through Eshores for my next big holiday!”

“Our travel consultant Hannah has most recently provided us with an excellent service, meeting our needs exactly as we wanted for a holiday to the USA next Summer. We wanted to visit LA, San Francisco and Las Vegas over 14 nights but to stay longer in LA and Hannah was able to tailor make our needs in a quick and professional manner. She has found us 3 hotels which look very nice and are all in superb locations. Hannah has sent us links to different tours and attractions which we hope to do, and has said we can call any time if we need to. When we arrive home next year, we shall review again saying how our holiday went, hopefully as efficiently as Hannah!”

“We have booked 2 holidays now with eshores. The first being our honeymoon in August 2014 to Bali and Singapore and the second for our 1st Anniversary in September 2015 to Mexico. On both occassions eshores staff has not failed to deliver and amaze us. Staff are patient and really helpful, they will tailor make your holiday to your needs. They managed to organise everything perfectly and our holidays were better than we could have hoped for. When we recently went away in September we were actually planning on going to Thailand but then the bombings happened and we had to think of a new location or whether to scrap a holiday altogether. The staff at eshores helped us to find a new holiday location fitted to the type of holiday we were looking for and I can honestly say, they were spot on with their suggestion. Mexico was perfect!! We will definitely be using eshores again and recommend you all to aswell. Thankyou for helping us create some amazing memories in some absolutely beautiful locations. Cannot wait to book our next holiday with you guys!! Mr & Mrs Gill”

“Used eShores 2014 for a 4 city east coast USA trip. Flights, hotels, rail journeys all well organised. There was no hard sell and they listened to what we wanted, offering advice at appropriate times. Cost was also very competitive. Have used them again for a trip to Canada/Alaska cruise in 2016. Same friendly, efficient, no fuss approach.”
