“My husband and I wanted to travel to India to celebrate my 60th Birthday this year, but I wanted to travel late Jan/early February of 2018, we wanted to do the golden triangle, safari to hopefully see the bengal tigers, plus afterwards a few days unwinding in Goa on the beach. Dave was absolutely brill in helping us make choices of where to go, how long we need to stay, best places to stay and was so helpful and proactive in putting together what will be a holiday of a lifetime, and we are having a stopover in Mumbai now too - thanks Eshores”

“Eshores and in particular Emma sorted us out with a multi trip holiday. Emma suggested hotels etc and her choices were fabulous. To be perfectly honest it was the 1 to 1 that sold it for me. I think I emailed 19 times and each time I got a prompt and courteous reply. Will 100% use again!”

“I have dealt with many different holiday companies and eShores are by far the very best I have dealt with. No query was to much trouble to resolve despite their being very busy, they took a personal interest in my booking and were able to give expert advice. Hannah was a complete pleasure to deal with. I would suggest everyone book their holiday with eShores. Look forward to booking my holiday next year with them. Thank you very much to you all.”

“I have used eShores several times now (two multi-center trips in Europe and two multi-center trips in USA) and each time they have been brilliant. In my most recent trip the advisor gave brilliant suggestions / recommendations and was so patient when my friends and I were being so indecisive with dates and asking for alternative quotes. On one trip a couple of years back the train between countries was cancelled and while no fault of their own eShores not only provided an alternative method but also compensation, without asking. Each holiday with them has been hassle free and great suggestions such as timings and hotels given. Will definitely continue to book with them. Thank you.”

“James called me back after I had left an email about my husbands surprise birthday holiday to New York and Vegas. He was very careful that I was able to talk . He listens to all my ideas and came back with the perfect intinary for the perfect trip. Great price too.”

“We have never used an agent to book a holiday before, we have always put it together ourselves. We came across eshores during our searches for our Caribbean holiday and sent an enquiry. They responded immediately and gave us helpful advice on putting together an itinerary. Andy was very happy to adjust the plans to suit our particular needs. The price was lower than we would have paid if we had done it ourselves and included all the transfers which would have been an expensive extra otherwise. Everything worked like clockwork and they looked after us while we were away when there was a change of plan with one of the transfer companies. We will certainly think about using them again and will be recommending them to friends.”

“Eshores make booking a holiday so easy. I give Andrea a rough brief and she does all the hardwork of thinking about where, which flights, which hotel, sorting transfers. I get a quote (or several depending on how specific I've been on the brief) really quickly and the more I book the closer Andrea is to choosing the exact thing I want first time. I've cross costed a couple of the holidays with Expedia and found the exact same thing is cheaper with eshores each time. Since discovering them last year I've booked 3 holidays with them - a fan!”

“Hannah Morris responded to query regarding a Malaysia holiday. We discussed what type of holiday I wanted and Hannah sent me the details. She was more than happy to change one of the hotels for me and the ones chosen were of a very good standard. The transfer cars all arrived on time with friendly English speaking drivers. There were a lot of flights involved and only one was delayed (the first one in UK) but obviously that was unavoidable. A good experience and I have recommended eShores to my sister-in-law who I believe has already contacted them.”

“Well where do I start? Helen has been amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. Helen searched and searched to find us the best deal. She tailored our holiday down to the last detail. Any questions were answered promptly and even out of hours. All the paperwork arrived well before time and we are really looking forward to our holiday to Benidorm. The stress of searching and booking a holiday has all been taken away from us making it enjoyable before we go. Thank you so much Helen, you have been fantastic and if we book a group holiday in the future we know who we are definitely calling. Never have we received such service and I would highly recommend using eshores for your holiday bookings.”

“We had a dream come true holiday to Thailand including the elephant hills which was amazing. Our flights transfers and accommodation was excellent and every multicentre went without a hitch. Big shout out to Andy who went above and beyond to make our holiday a memorable one. And nothing was too much trouble for him. absolutely a top guy. Just got back and planning the next one, 5 star service from a 5 star company. Thank you again”

“I gave Andy my requirements for a ski holiday to Val D'Isere for 6 of us. Within a day he came back to us with options. Even when we had to change the date Andy resolved the issue. We were kept up to date until the departure and Andy was even able to get a price waiver for a special dietary request. We will use eShores again”

“Just returned from a great holiday visiting Chicago, Memphis and New Orleans and travelling on the City of New Orleans Amtrack train between the cities. eShores arranged everything including river trips and city and music passes. Everything ran smoothly and hotels were excellent in quality and location. Would definitely recommend eShores and will certainly use again.”
