“We booked through E-shores last year. the holiday was very good value, and the service from the staff was excellent. We have just booked again this year, and the service and price is equally as good.”

“This company has customer service as its main focus, I wanted to book a multi-stop trip to USA. Dave was my advisor, he was patient as I changed dates and venues several times. There was one hiccup with a hotel booking but when I contacted eshores Dave was not in, however another advisor sorted it out immediately. Which was good customer care. Our holiday was great and unforgettable experience. I always recommend them and will use them for our next adventure.”

“Cannot say how good this company are. Nothing is too much trouble and Dave is more than willing to carry on searching to get you a better deal and to beat other quotes. He is very knowledgeable and used this experience to delay booking flights for a day knowing the price would drop the following morning. I have used Dave to book 2 long haul adult holidays to Thailand & Cuba as well as a family booking for 14 to Cyprus.”

“Eshores was recommended by a friend and I found James was very helpful and knowledgeable when I was wanted to book a holiday for my wedding in Las Vegas and New York. He was very prompt at replying to emails and phone calls and created a great package for my holiday. Would definitely recommend and would use eshores again in the future”

“This is the first time I have booked with e shores and I found them to be exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Emma either knew the answers to my questions or found out the answers immediately. She returned phone calls quickly as promised and e-mails were also sent promptly. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family”

“Must pin a medal on Andy Rogerson for his work on planning my Thai multicentre holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and he worked tirelessly on my several changes of dates, places, airlines, hotels and their duration and always with good humour and great patience! He is in my phone and laptop for ever and I would have no hesitation in calling him again for my next holiday venture. Really outstanding service. Jon Swain”

“We booked our holiday through Andy Rogerson at E-Shores. The advice and help he provided where excellent and made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Booking through E-Shores was an excellent experience. Andy was there using his experience to guide and advise us and the service he gave us was excellent. Nothing we asked for was to much trouble for him and everything went really smoothly. If we had to do all the planning, I'm sure it would have been a nightmare but Andy made the whole experience seem so easy. All the paperwork for our trip arrived in good time before the holiday and the team at E-Shores clearly laid out what we were required to do before departure and during our trip. Andy kept in touch before we left and followed up after we returned, and for one isolated problem during the holiday (which had nothing to do with E-Shores) he was available by telephone for abroad during Xmas Eve to help us with the solution. I've already recommended E-Shores to some my friends and will definitely use E-Shores again. Thank you E-Shores and particularly Andy Rogerson.”

“I must say this is the second time I have booked through Emma, I could not trust any one else in booking my honeymoon, she takes the time to listen to my wants and needs, and never misses anything out. My last holiday was amazing, and I know my honeymoon will be too. She is a real credit to Eshores!”

“Kadie from e-shores arranged our recent holiday to the US. It was our daughters 21st Birthday so we wanted it to be awesome. We went to Las Vegas then to San Francisco onto Los Angeles and last across to Florida before returning back to London. Everything was perfect. All Flights, all hotels everything went according to plan. The cost was also amazing. We cannot praise Kadie and the rest of the team enough. We are now thinking of planning our next trip. Guess who we will be contacting to help organise that? Cheers guys you are amazing. The Price Family x”

“We used shores for a multi centre trip to LA, Vegas and San Fransisco and saved a lot compared to other agents offering similar packages. Andy and Kadie were fantastic, I made a few changes to hotels after the initial booking and must have been a pain to Andy and Kadie but nothing was too much trouble at all. The hotels were great and all flights were organised with no problems. I would highly recommend and will be booking again soon. Thankyou”

“Just got back from a fantastic holiday,I booked it with Matt at eshores, We Did 5 nights New York 7 nights Florida then 10 nights Mexico inc transfers, Matt sorted all the flights and car hire in Florida, Everything went fantastic, Not one hic-cup, Will defiantly use eshores again as saved a fortune witheshores on what Thomsons wanted to charge for this trip.”

“Andrea at eshores helped me to plan the perfect holiday to the USA for my boyfriend's 30th. If I'd had to do all the planning, I'm sure it would have been a nightmare but Andrea made the whole experience so easy. Everything went perfectly when we were there, we really couldn't believe it!!! “As it is my 60the birthday next year myself and my wife wanted to do something different with regards to our annual holiday so we have been looking through loads of travel sites and asking them to meet our criteria some have come back with crazy prices But from the outset your company eshore and in particular travel consultant Emma Mc Donough has guided us through all the various options available to us and in the end we managed to book a holiday tailored to our needs I cannot praise her highly enough a real credit to your company and when I plan my next holiday she will be my first port of call.”
