“Emma has been an absolute gem organising a very special family holiday to the USA. She was even sorting out things for me on a weekend late at night when she should have really been spending time with her family. Going that extra mile well impressed thank you”

“Hannah Morris at eShores was incredible. She understood what we wanted straight away and provided us with our dream honeymoon on the first go. We went back to her to get other options but ended up booking the first thing she suggested! She was really helpful, friendly and her attention to detail was fantastic. “Have rated this as only good due to the poor service offered from Michelle, contacted twice for a quote but said she was busy and was it a confirmed booking , can`t confirm without a price. On the other hand it was VERY GOOD service from Matt he offered me an alternative multi tour to the one advertised for South Africa which I accepted with a couple of changes Nothing was no problem to him answering all my queries. Excellent !! Rod”

Hi Rod, thanks for taking the time to write a review and I'm really pleased Matt was able to help find you a suitable trip and get everything sorted. I also wanted to take this opportunity to apologise Michelle wasn't able to assist you. I think there was a little bit of a miss understanding, as Michelle would always do what she could to help. However when you called she was completing some bookings, so was just explaining that she wasn't able to do it straight away. I am sorry again, I know it's no excuse but we came in after new Year and was literally inundated with enquiries, so did struggle to get the quotes to people as quickly as we normally would. “I have dealt with eshores 3 times now and every time I have had brilliant service from them . I have phoned with a destination a budget and a rough idea what we want to do and the different locations we want to stay in and they have come back with flights inter connecting flights and trips all within our budget. We have just organised another holiday with them and everything was organised perfectly brilliantly we dealt with Emma who is very cheerful and very helpful it certainly takes he pressure of off things would recommend this company every time.”

“We used eshores last year on a USA multi trip last year and we were well impressed with this company especially Emma who arranged every detail and it went perfect for what we wanted and the price was very good, We have now booked another trip to the states including a cruise and once again Emma as worked her socks off and created another great package,this company turns a holiday into the holiday to suit you not the other way round. Five star every time from us.”

“This is my first experience of booking through eShores and I have been greatly impressed by their speed and efficiency. My Travel Advisor, Dave F, arranged my basic requirements in a first-class, professional manner and responded quickly and effectively to accommodate a few requested changes to the itinerary. Furthermore, he provided me with some excellent advice about using the public transport systems during this twin city holiday. Although this secretly planned holiday is several months away, I feel extremely confident about everything; my wife should be in for a truly unforgettable 60th birthday celebration. As for me, I only hope I can contain my excited long enough to keep my wife in the dark! I'm bursting to tell her now!!”

“I can't thank the travel consultant, Hannah Morris, enough for helping me book this holiday. With being at work majority of the time she had taken so much stress off by looking into every little thing I asked, even cab fares from city to city so I can find the best location to stay at! She got back to me so efficiently that in the spare time I had I was able to just compare the necessary finical details. eShores really does provide you with a 'tailor made' holiday, I picked the dates, city's, the hotels and private transfers and she went alway and tried to find me the best prices within my budget and within and day got back to me with a quotation and within the week all was finalised and booked! Only reason I have given 4* rating is because I haven't gone on the holiday yet to complete my overall experience. Farhana”

“Dealt with eshores via email after an initial telephone conversation to tell them what I was looking for. Found email better due to my shifts. They replied very quickly and gave me lots of options as I requested due to my flexibility. Information was easy to understand and was exactly what I needed to make a decision whether I would book with them which I have done.”

“Got through to the consultant very quickly each time I rang and appreciated the 1-1 contact as it meant I ddnf have to go back over things to a new person.Matt got the flights, hotels and transfers that we wanted snd then tailored it as we reviews the holiday. Was very happy with Matt, the holiday, the price and the service.”

“Our 3rd multi trip with eshores, this time we went to Malaysia and eshores couldn't do enough for us. Emma has been dealing with us and I just love the familiarity with the staff here, it's very welcoming. Emma knows we are picky and she's more than happy to accommodate us. I've put lots of family members and friends on to them and they will always use them now after the great personal service. Keep up the good work”
