“From the start of my experience with eShores I was in constant contact with an extremely helpful lady called Kadie. She contacted me several times with different offers at our price range. After I chose the holiday for us I still stayed in contact with her asking questions about my holiday and nothing was ever too much trouble. She even guided me through all the relevant documentation we needed to apply for, making our break to New York absolutely brilliant!!!”

“We used Andy of E Shores and just to say excellent service from Andy, nothing to much trouble, always there to ask any questions with immediate feedback with the information asked for. Everything delivered on time. Even had a follow up call asking if the holiday was to our satisfaction. Would definitely use Andy again and recommend him to friends. Avril W”

“I delt with Matt who seems like a top bloke asked me what I wanted rather than just saying what the company offered which was good got put in mercure in chaing mai which is an amazing hotel will deffo use again”

“My travel consultant was Andy Rogerson who worked with me on creating the perfect itinerary for my trip across Asia. My trip was for a custom five centre holiday at Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok and Phuket during November 2014. Andy and his associates all had plenty of knowledge about the areas where I was visiting and was able to assist with many queries I had - plenty of which were beyond the scope of their roles as agents to book and coordinate the holiday. The hotels and flights that Andy suggested and booked us into were all excellent choices given the brief and travelling style that I gave to Andy. Timings were worked so they caused minimum interference with the enjoyment of the holiday. The excursions suggested and booked were excellent and really helped make the experience of the holiday. Many of the excursions even had extras that wasn't stated on the original excursion itinerary. The paperwork all arrived in good time before the holiday and the team clearly laid out what I was required to do before departure. Andy communicated before, followed up after, and for the one isolated incident was on hand to check in with me about an issue I had during the holiday which had nothing to do with eShores. For me, package holidays to one destination is a thing of the past. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy Rogerson as the travel consultant and eShores as the travel agent/operator for any multi-centre or tailor made package holiday.”

“My wife and I recently booked a multicentre holiday in Sri Lanka followed by a stopover in Dubai on the way home. Our travel consultant was Andy Rogerson and I have to say from start to finish the service and advice he provided were excellent. The overall package exceeded our expectations by far. This was the first time we have used eshores but it won't be the last.”

“I had the pleasure of dealing with James Massey. I can't thank him enough for sorting out our multi centre trip to Thailand. I must have been such an annoying customer by constantly asking questions but James was brilliant. It was so refreshing to deal with a company/travel consultant who had knowledge of the destination and who kept us in the loop with every aspect of the holiday. “We booked our holiday through Andy Rogerson at Eshores. The advise and help he provided where excellent and made our holiday all the more enjoyable. We booked a tripple centre holiday Las Vegas, Mexico and New York. The accomodationm at all 3 where superb. We had no problems with any of the connecting flights or the transfers when arranged. I will definately use eshores again for our next holiday”

“We wanted to explore the Thai temples in Bangkok and further north at Sukothi, along with Angkor Wat in Cambodia, culminating with a quiet one week beach break at Krabi or similar. We had three weeks and a tight budget that had to include all transfers to and from airports. Andy at Eshores was wonderful. In no time at all he had put together an itinerary that took in all our plans and included organised trips to the temples.We’ve just returned from the most amazing holiday ever. Thank you Andy and Eshores we will be using your services again as everything worked like clockwork and the hotels suggested by you were outstanding.”

“Our travel consultant was Andy Rogerson and I couldn't have asked for a better one! We had a group of four in total, and we were very demanding as a group with lots of requests and requirements. Andy was incredibly patient with us, and listened to everything that we wanted in our holiday and as a result, we had the best holiday we could have asked for! He was polite, had the patience of a saint and also provided me with invaluable insight (from the litany of questions that were thrown at him). James found the quote and package that was exactly what we were looking for, and we are now four very excited girls looking forward to our upcoming holiday to Cuba! “Novemebr 2014: Excellent service - we could not find a convenient two destination holiday with the usual big operators so asked eShores if two of their separately advertised holiday breaks in Morocco (Marrakech and Agadir) could be combined with a road transfer in between to avoid long return airport transfers. Andrea sorted this out and responded quickly - all flights, transfers and bookings were perfect and all worked exactly to plan. The resort hotels; Maison Arabes within the Medina in Marrakech and Sofitel Thalasso on the beach in Agadir were each wonderful in their own way and probably the best quality accommodation available in each location. We highly recommend and will use eShores again”

“Andy arranged a 3 week, 4 destination holiday to Malaysia, Australia and Bali for us to celebrate our anniversary, including private transfers and 2 tours. We have just returned and we honestly cannot speak highly enough about eShores and in particular, about Andy. What a star! He listened carefully to what we wanted, what we liked/didn't like and put together a truly amazing holiday. Every hotel he suggested was superb and because he had told them all that we were celebrating, every single one of them upgraded us and we had cake, wine and bubbly coming out of our ears! We are particularly grateful that he advised us to rethink the number of nights we spent in Sydney - he reminded us to factor in jet lag and enthused about everything Sydney has to offer - and we are so glad we opted for 4 nights rather than just a couple. While away, I emailed him to get details of a tour operator and even though he was away from the office, he still picked up the email and passed it onto a colleague who answered immediately. He emailed us to let us know that Virgin Australia predicted delays on one of our flights and he also rang us when we got home to check all was well. In all, we had the holiday of a lifetime at a price we could afford (which was several thousand pounds less than Kuoni quoted for 2 weeks) and that is entirely due to Andy. Thanks mate! Highly, highly recommended.”

“Mathew at Eshores was professional and knowledgeable. I was undecided about my destination and he remained patient and helpful throughout. “I have been dealing with Helen, nothing has been too much trouble for her. We wanted a bespoke holiday but never having been there before did not know what areas or resorts were best for our requirements. She has been brilliant in interpreting what we wanted, has responded almost immediately to the numerous emails I have sent and has come in at an affordable budget. If the holiday goes as well as the planning I will be a very happy lady. I have already recommended a couple of people to try Eshores and would not hesitate in using them again. A true 5 star company.”
