“We were very please with the service that we received from Anna. After being disappointed by another agent Anna was able to turn things around. She really went out of her way to ensure we had a holiday within our budget with a great hotel. She didn’t give up on us which we really appreciate. If you are looking for good customer service with someone that understands Anna at eshores is the one to contact :)”

“Very helpful. Helped to organise the holiday of a lifetime. Including an overnight stay at the elephant sanctuary Chiang Mia. Nothing was toouch trouble even when I wanted different hotels. They didn't pester me or keep ringing. Everything was sorted out by email correspondence with the lovely Dave. He gave brilliant advice through out. Only spoke on the phone to confirm the booking. Would highly recommend for all their lovely help and advice.”

“Firstly i would like to say a massive thank you to the lovely Michelle Taylor from eshores who organised our amazing holiday Everything from start to finish ran very smoothly Michelle is so knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble and she near enough replied instantly to any questions we had We booked a tailor made touring holiday to the golden triangle (New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur (my favourite) which allowed us to experience the real India followed by a beach holiday in goa Everything ran so smoothly flights, transfers personal guides and hotels we were always informed when they were coming and met on time If you are after a tailor made holiday or something a bit different I can highly recommend eshores you won’t be disappointed....finally I would like to thank Michelle once again for a excellent personal service you are the best xx”

“Just returned from a great two weeks in Thailand organised by Andy. We gave him a short brief and he very quickly put together a three centre holiday in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Khao lak complete with hotels, international and domestic flights and all transfers and close to our budget. Was happy to tweak things and make changes to the itinerary, but in all honesty didn't need to as he nailed it first time. Highly recommended.”

“I had found eshores when googling Thailand holidays. I read their reviews and they were very good. I had already had some quotes from other travel agents but they were so ridiculous that I had decided it wasnt possible to go. Until I found Anna at eshores. “Eshores have done a brilliant job in sorting out my Greek island holiday. Emma, my travel consultant at Eshores had plenty of knowledge and advice and kept trying until we got it right. (about the eighth attempt). Everything now in place, they booked the whole holidays flights, hotels, ferries and all the transfers in between. Well done Eshores and especially Emma”

“We used eShores for our holiday last year and Helen was so helpful. We were quite indecisive as to how we wanted to structure our multi destination trip and kept changing our minds. This was never a problem for Helen and she was great at providing suggestions and guidance, as well as being incredibly responsive. We were so pleased that we did not hesitate to get in touch with Helen for our holiday this year and the same, brilliant, level of service has been provided.
