“Excellent customer support - small issue with inflatable boat, Beckii was helpful and efficient. Issue resolved demonstrating that when things are not right they will fix it professionally. Will definitely use Escape Watersports again when they have something we want.”

“The TWF dog life jacket arrived promptly, is great value and fits Jake, our 15kg tri-paw, perfectly. It also fits our very slender 17kg dog. The sizing guide purports to fit dogs of 5 -15 kg; this is a ridiculous suggestion, since it would swamp a dog much smaller than Jake. It is suitable for dogs of around 13 - 20 kg, the higher weight working for tall, but slim dogs - it probably won’t do for a 20kg dog carrying weight around its girth, or those with deep chests.”

“Excellent and responsive customer support. I ordered a PFD from Escape Watersport, which arrived extremely quickly. Unfortunately there was some slight damage in transit to the item, and i co tasted Escape Watersport through their online contact form. The response was super fast, and after a few photos were uploaded, the return was authorised with prepaid delivery label. The comms were professional and friendly at all times and were very fast, which is super important for any company. I would highly recommend Escape Watersport, and customers can purchase with confidence.”
