Excellent pre purchase support and our son is extremely pleased with the Palm Bora dry suit tried out white water kayaking in sub zero temperatures!

Can't really write a review on how you've done. As of the 18th December 2022, I still haven't received my goods that I ordered on the 29th November 2022 via 48hr tracked postage due to the postal strikes.... Maybe it's time to change your despatch company to someone more reliable...?

We can confirm your parcel has been dispatched and collected by Royal Mail, however, due to their intermittent strike action and the additional load caused by seasonal shopping, as well as the cold weather, they are experiencing severe delays in processing parcels. We are as frustrated as you by this, but our efforts to find another courier who can handle our amount of parcels have been unsuccessful. So we do apologise if your delivery has been delayed, but we would really appreciate your patience while we do everything possible to get through this very challenging time. Exceptional service, great product, not yet used the kayak in anger, but have assembled it, one or two minor hiccups with the instructions, but as usual you tube helped clarify. Cannot wait to get onto the water
