“I accidentally ordered a PFD in red (when I wanted purple). I placed a second order and, despite having next day delivery, was able to stop the first order going out so that I could get a quick refund and not have to faff about with any returns. Really good service and communications and item arrived on time. Great price too! I highly recommend Escape Watersport as a good place to buy waterstorts equipment. I also highly rate the PFD - women's Palm Meander. Really comfortable.”

“Bought a PFD, good price, arrived quickly and seems to be very good quality. Having taken a dip with it in my local river, I can say it works, is comfortable, high quality,and quick drying. Will definitely shop from them again for my Paddle board hobby needs.”

“Fantastic.....I contacted them when Royal Mail weren't able to deliver, returning to sender, my fault as didn't complete my full address, Escape were great, they sent out a replacement immediately, 48hr delivery. Excellent customer service.”

“When I ordered online, I phoned first to check out if they were a reputable company ( as there are many dodgy ones out there!) and also the expected delivery date. I was told despatch would be sameday hopefully and delivery 2 working days. They SUP arrived next day with a free gift as promised. Excellent service and excellent paddle board - Aqua Marina Beast (Aqua Splash). Five stars from me.”

There was a slight delay in shipping, which they phoned and informed me about and offered a substitute or cancellation if I couldn't wait. “I needed a new whitewater helmet for an up and coming club trip to Wales, Escape had the WRSI helmet in stock that I wanted in the right size and a choice of colours. I decided to pay the postage as it was urgent and I knew from experience that it would arrive the next day. Brillaint Service and a good price”
